Answer:	The watch is brand new and authentic. we can sell it cheaper because we are not an authorized dealer and are not controlled by the manufacturer to sell at a high price.

If you want to be sure, take the watch to a local jeweler that sells Victorinox Swiss Army watches. They can tell you if yours is a fake. Or, you can take detailed, close-up pictures and send them to Victorinox to evaluate. They will respond. There’s nothing “sketchy” about not having a stamped warranty card. The warranty is valid without a stamped card as long as you have your receipt. A lot of large, mail order companies do not stamp cards—-local jewelers do.

Answer:	hot water softens whiskers better and I am sure activates the shave cream better, but if you use cold water it would still work...it would be a less comfortable shave and you should keep on longer before you shave.

Answer:	I have been using this to shave my face and head for years, I don’t think I have had a nick on either in 5 years, and the cooling is perfect for the head if you have irritation like I do.
