Question:	Can't figure out the flip trimmer? I just see the orginal blades when I flip it back, was expecting a trim blade
Answer:	While holding the handle, carefully pull down the top of the cartridge (on the white plastic) w/ your thumb or index finger (away from the blades) & until the Reservoir box comes back as far as it can touching the aluminum trim of the handle & hearing a subtle click. This will expose the compact blade pack providing easy access to trim where desired, especially in hard to reach places. When done trimming simply push the Reservoir box all the way forward until it snaps into the normal, original position, hearing a subtle click.
Question:	Do I need shaving cream to use this? What type is good? Never used these before
Answer:	Yes, we do recommend that you use shave prep while using our Hydro razor. We certainly recommend giving our EDGE brand shave gels a try as well for optimal performance!

Answer:	Hello, When you are putting on a new blade, the button does not need to be pressed. Press firmly against the back of the cartridge in the holder, making sure that the black button is facing the top rear of the Green strip. Once locked in place, slide the cartridge out. If a cartridge is outside of the case, hold the blade between your fingers carefully and press against the journal arms to lock. Once finished with a blade, press the button forward to remove the blade.

Answer:	Fully adjustable for the size range indicated in the description. The helmet has a rotating knob in the back to adjust around the head and the chin strap is fully adjustable. It fits just like a normal helmet. The chin strap is tucked away in the picture, which is why you can’t see it. FYI, Fits my 4 year old perfectly and will most likely last several years. I imagine this will fit until she is 8-10 at least. she used the Giro scamp when she was 3 since that is a better fit at that age.

Answer:	3/8.....if holes were more refined, I think 1/2 would fit....they are kind of a rough casting type hole....my problem was the washers I got at Home Depot were too big outside diameter for one of the mounting tabs because of the casting, had to just use a lock washer....seemed like a nice quality vise in general, nice that it has 2 locking screws on the swivel base, swivel seemed smooth, could be a slightly closer fit on the movable jaw bar, but much better than some I have seen in Home Depot

Answer:	Aww,i'm sorry,sweety. I didn't wind up purchasing this hoodie,so i cannot answer your question,although it is a good question because its' hue doesnt appear red at all but coral and the like.

Answer:	Yes it will shrink if you're not careful. Anything with 50% cotton or more is highly prone to shrinking. So just wash on cool to warm but not hot, also the dryer is what really gets clothes! Don't put it on full heat if you toss it in, if you have a no heat/air dry setting that's best if not just the lowest heat possible, I recommend. I always expect cotton to shrink so I size up (if it already runs small) or just try to not use a lot of heat on it. :)

Answer:	What did they order? If something way different maybe they did get the wrong item.

Answer:	The blades I received yesterday (April 2020) are counterfeit. I reported this to Amazon and just submitted a review stating this. I also have photos showing my last two blades I bought at a local store and the fake ones Amazon delivered yesterday. Somehow the "add photo" button was not available, which is weird.
