Answer:	Every 3 months or so, I get a Keratin smoother (McVoil -- no toxic ingredients!) that loosens the tightness of my hair. Think of it as taking my hair from a 4A to a 3C hair type. To keep it up, I use about a tablespoon or MacVoil conditioner plus Carols daughter Mimosa. This lasts me about 3-4 days. I then wet it, apply the MacVoil plus Carol's daughter and I'm good to go for another 3-4 days. I have never had a product last me for two whole weeks.

Answer:	As you know, each hair type is different. I don't find it to build up on my hair. I find it leaves it very soft to the touch, I use it with Design Essentials hair lotion, the combinations is great.

Answer:	It is not "waterproof," however it does not run easily with years but still washes off rather easily. It's a fair compromise between waterproof and washable.

Answer:	Yes, as long as you swipe most of the product off the brush so it goes on lightly. I use hair end papers like they use for hair perms, you can get them really cheap at any beauty supply store, they don't leave any lint or paper residue like paper towel or Kleenex leaves. But swiping it back into the tube works just as well and it doesn't clump. Just a couple of coats of mascara works great, lengthens and makes my lashes full. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Probably. I’m a white guy, but I have thick big curls and longer hair on top. I use a little ‘Gummy’ gel first and then the (gold Package) Carson Sportin’ Waves - Maximum gold pomade After for a very firm hold. It goes on clear if you warm it up by rubbing it between your fingers. No scent. I recommend wiping the waxy film off of your fingers with a paper towel after applying.

Answer:	The pomade is very waxy in texture and the wax gets on your hand when use it to style your hair. I would recommend washing your hands and then wiping your hands on a towel of some sort.

Answer:	I use it for my dry hair. However, I tend to blow my hair to 7 minutes with a hair dryer and then use this comb.
