Answer:	I'd say the smaller ones are the liners, and the bigger ones are the shaders. The coil wraps 8 times for the liners and 10 times for the shader (to give more power to push the thicker set of needles through skin) but it also depends on how you tune them. I'd advise getting a set of gloves and staying sterile with it, taking it apart and building it back together for what you want to do. But im no professional so... haha just an apprentice

Answer:	They are sturdy and I don't feel the thong would pull out. however, i'm not sure they would work as well for water aerobics as a standard water shoe.
