Answer:	I LOVE the Lavender Tips!!! And I’m about to try the Lavender Sage, just to see... The Lavender Tips IS a VERY creamy deodorant - oily, even - so I generally use just enough to rub it in really good w my fingertips. Sometimes I might sprinkle a little food grade, organic, pure corn starch over it if I know I’m gonna have more of a sweaty day...it keeps the deo from getting oily from sweat and doesn’t interfere w the fragrance or w the ability of the deo to fight odor. The Lavender Tips is LITERALLY one of the BEST smells EVER and my underarms are ALWAYS so soft and NEVER irritated!!! Final tip - it goes on pretty smooth for me, actually, but I find that it DOES glide better when I shave my underarms. It CAN catch your hair a little. My husband uses the Schmidt’s Charcoal and Magnesium, and he has started to keep his underarm hair really short. It helps the deo glide on better and it keeps it from clumping and getting all tangled w his underarm hair. He gets MUCH better coverage w LESS product when he keeps his underarm hair really short. And, it smells nice, too. ALSO - he has only really had success w the magnesium and charcoal deo. He tried tea tree based deos first, but they just did not work for him. He was still stinky!! But Schmidt’s Charcoal and Magnesium DEFINITELY did the job!!! Anyway...both of us LOVE these deos and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Schmidt's doesn't use aluminum which blocks the pores to prevent your body's healthy process of sweating--this means our deodorant isn't technically an antiperspirant. However, our formula does contain natural plant powders to absorb wetness, so even though Schmidt's doesn't prevent you from sweating, it will still help keep you dry.

Answer:	I have the same problem from one I got at TJ Maxx but they won't take it back. Seems to be a big issue for a lot of people. I'm going to try scraping it out, re-melting it and pouring it in an empty tube. I've tried everything suggested in this thread but nothing worked. Annoying when you spend a lot for natural deodorant and then can't use it.

Answer:	I have had issues with it staining cottons and sheers. Really disappointing because it works better than any other natural deodorant I've tried. Haven't been able to get it to wash out on its own. Have to use a spot remover and then wash multiple times. I switched to the Bergamont and lime version (it is a tan color) to see if that was better. So far no staining, but it is somewhat sticky. The hunt for the perfect deodorant continues. But I really had thought I have found it with the charcoal & magnesium version!

Answer:	Ok so the product works well and smells great but YES, it will stain. I usually wear white under shirts and have noticed that this product stains more than a regular deodorant. Maybe using less would work, but yes the product does stain. I have been using stain removers to wash my shirts and you can still see some of the yellow. Maybe my body produces more sweat, but just buyer beware.

An Easy Way to Go Natural

Our natural deodorants are powered by plant-derived ingredients and designed for everyday life. Whether it’s a lazy Sunday or an active weekday, you can stay confident with a natural deodorant that really works!

Some folks experience a brief transition period when switching from a commercial deodorant to a natural deodorant. This may cause a temporary increase in sweat, body odor, or sensitivity. Be patient, this transition is usually only a few days to a week and the payoff is well worth it.

How to Apply

We know it’s tempting, but resist the urge to over apply; a little goes a long way with our natural deodorants and 1-2 light swipes is really all you need. Over application could cause irritation due to the baking soda in our formula. If this happens, we recommend reducing your usage amount or discontinuing use. Some folks may simply be sensitive to one or more of the ingredients in our natural deodorant and unable to use any amount.

Directions for Use: Please take extra care when using our natural deodorants. Vigorously clean areas prior to applying this deodorant. Apply gently to dry, clean areas with 1-2 passes. Do not apply with excessive pressure. Spot test prior to use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
