Although I don’t think mouthwash will affect your teeth adversely, I do believe you should wait a a couple to a few minutes after you brush to get the full whitening benefit from the peroxide. It’s also noted that the hydrogen peroxide kills germs in the mouth too so it could theoretically prevent bad breath like a mouth wash. All and all it’s safe to use mouthwash and rinse alike.

Answer:	There is only a card box seal. The tubes in the store have both. I found that strange.

Answer:	I definitely would use it for kids. It has no flouride and its all natural. I would use it on my two year old except she's finishing up her favorite princess flouride toothpaste. I'm gonna need to find toms in a princess tube.
