User questions & answers
Question: | Does this come with a charger? Does it come with any replaceable brush heads |
Answer: | No, it doesn't pulse every 30 seconds.. but it does pulse after 2 minutes to let you know you've brushed the recommended amount of time. I find it quite helpful, and am really loving mine! I can feel the clean with this baby. After the two minutes on my mouth... I then brush my tongue too before I rinse and finish up. |
Question: | Does this have a gentle speed |
Answer: | The handle and charger are made in Mexico and the brush heads are made in Germany. |
Question: | does it have the Quadpacer with 30 second interval timer helps ensure thorough brushing throughout the mouth |
Answer: | I think the "twice the cleaning" is referring to a manual toothbrush. I love this brush because I have sensitive teeth and it only oscillates 7600 times per minute. This is about the slowest electric toothbrush you can buy. But the speed is not really noticeable and it does a great job cleaning. When comparing electric toothbrushes, you should compare oscillations per minute. Generally, the faster it goes, the pricier it is. Mine is a workhorse and has lasted for years. Make a huge difference at the dentist tarterwise. And the price is right. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does Anyone Know If And Where To Purchase an Oral-B electric flossing toothbrush |
Answer: | I had a Sonicare Diamondclean for 2.5 years. It was the most underwhelming $200 toothbrush ever. I always had to go back and rebrush, sometimes even two or three times because my teeth did not feel clean. The Sonicare only vibrates a bit, it does not rotate. The Oral B rotates and maybe vibrates (not sure?) but if I do a proper job (not a rush job), my teeth feel super clean, much, much, much cleaner than with the Sonicare. I much prefer the Oral B. The only drawback is the loooooooonnnnng charging time as others have noted. |
Question: | Does this use Precision Clean brush also |
Answer: | is this model only110 or 110/220 |
Question: | What is the voltage? Looking for something that will work 220v |
Answer: | Yes it is dual voltage. All you need is another Oral-B 240v charging base outside of the US, The Oral-B unit itself is dual voltage(made in Germany) it is only the US charging base that supports 110v. So if you are updating your Oral-B outside of the US, your current 240v base(model/type nu-3757) will work fine. |
Question: | Is there anything different from this model to the |
Answer: | I am curious about this too. Specifically, the time for the initial charge right out of the box. I always give my new electric toothbrushes 24 hours for their first full charge, it they have all given me some indication at the ten hour period that they are at least 50% charged. This brush still shows a low charge with the orange light coming on as soon as I turn the power button on and off. Sure hope I did not get a defective unit. And FYI, the manual states the blue button will stop flashing after something like 30 seconds when the brush is on the stand and fully charged. |
