After every time I brush my teeth, I take my hand towel (a little damp), and remove the toothbrush head, wipe that off, and I also I wipe off the handle itself as well as the metal bar at the very top that the toothbrush clicks on to. It may seem tedious, but it literally takes me less than 60 seconds and I do think it’s good practice and helps prevent any sort of build up/accumulation.

Question:	will this fit the snap on toothbrush heads
Answer:	Hello! Frustration-free packaging is: Recyclable and does not include excess packaging materials, such as hard plastic clamshell casings, plastic bindings, and wire ties. Designed to be opened without a box cutter or knife, while protecting products just as well as traditional packaging.
Question:	Once fully charged how long before the battery needs recharging
Answer:	The 4100 has lithium battery, the series 2 uses NiMH. 4100 can be put on charger daily. Series 2 needs to have a drained battery before recharging. The 4100 also has a pressure sensor. I had the same question, and this is the response I got from Phillips.
Question:	Can I charge the handle in 220v
Answer:	I haven’t noticed anything like that at all. After every time I brush my teeth, I take my hand towel (a little damp), and remove the toothbrush head, wipe that off, and I also I wipe off the handle itself as well as the metal bar at the very top that the toothbrush clicks on to. It may seem tedious, but it literally takes me less than 60 seconds and I do think it’s good practice and helps prevent any sort of build up/accumulation.
Question:	Is there a specific brush head I need for this model
Answer:	Hello! Yes, you shouldn't have any issues charging this toothbrush on your travels as long as the voltage of the outlet you're plugging into doesn't exceed 220V. The voltage for this particular Sonicare is 100-220V.

Question:	Waterproof? I tend to get water & toothpaste all over the Sonicare handle but never had any damage. Will this be more sensitive to water
Answer:	I've been using a Phillips Sonicare toothbrush for many years and have never had any problem with them being 'sensitive' to water. I remove the brush head and wash that and the handle after every brushing and have no problems at all.

Question:	Do i use all 3 brushes at the same brushing time
Answer:	Not necessarily, although the settings can be changed. When you attach one of the smart brush head, it will choose the optimum settings for your brush head type automatically for optimum cleaning. Clean is a 2-minute mode, White+ is a 2-minute 40-seconds mode, Gum Health is a 3-minute 20-seconds mode, Tongue Care is a 20-second mode, DeepClean+ mode length depends on whether or not the handle is connected to the app. In connected mode DeepClean+ runs for two minutes and provides BrushPacer feedback every 20 seconds. In non-connected mode DeepClean+ runs for three minutes and provides BrushPacer feedback every 30 seconds.
