Answer:	Hi there, and thanks for the question! Yes, the bristles are infused with activated charcoal from bamboo. Activated charcoal has proven to be unfriendly to bacteria, as you can see from multiple sources online. Answer:	There is no latex in the bristles. The handle has the slightly soft anti_slip grip, but I don't know what material is that. Could be rubber or latex, I can't tell.
