Answer:	I don't remember what colors there were, I remember several. I think they were mostly white with color stripes. It seemed like there were different colors. Oddly, 3 or 4 toothbrushes were the same kind, and one was different. I did not like the 3 or 4 same ones. I guess the brush filament size was too large - felt like a plastic dish scrubber. I don't refrigerate them.

Answer:	Yes, very much! The fluffy top part - which feels like cotton, but is microfiber - kind of allows your hands to dig in a bit. I love doing straddle position poses on this towel because I'm always fearful of my (sweaty, skinny) feet slipping apart and this towel holds them.

Answer:	Yes it will stop hands from slipping. Just buyer beware about the smell. Plan on washing it 2 to 3 times before using and put several dryer sheets in with it when drying. I also let mine hang on the line between washing.

Answer:	Washed it three times and it still smelled like jet fuel. I sent the teal/turquoise colored mat towel back. I bought a green, a purple and a brown Gaiam grippy yoga mat towels from Sports Authority or Dick's Sporting Goods, and they did not smell. Don't understand why they keep selling this contaminated product?
