Well im sorry to say i don't have an answer for you either as to where they are getting these specific brushes from. I can say however, they do look exactly like the one i was given by my dentist. The most logical answer is these are the ones made specifically for dentist offices who buy in bulk. They aren't fake they just don't have the design bells and whistles that you see on the ones in the stores. In a store you have to catch a consumers eye since there's many toothbrushes to choose from. A dentist on the other hand couldn't care less how it looks. They just care that it has adequately soft bristles and performs as it should. I could be wrong since i haven't bought any toothbrushes from this seller/this listing but my common sense leads me to the conclusion i listed above.
