Answer:	The syringes are manufactured with an application tip or nozzle, which is then capped. There are no other application tips provided. A very light amount of gel is applied and sparingly dotted into dental tray. Then gel should be distributed evenly along tray impression using syringe nozzle. It would appear to be not enough gel, but as gel activates and expands, the gel will provide required tooth coverage. Any excess gel applied may cause irritation if allowed to remain suspended on gums. The 44% carbamide peroxide gel is very thick and reduced flow application tips do not dispense gel well. Answer:	I don't have trays either and I was targeting my 8 top teeth to start. I squeezed 0.5 cc of gel onto a small piece of aluminium foil and dipped a small interdental brush (green or yellow) into it then 'painted' it onto the front of my teeth. I held my lip upward with one finger and grinned to make sure the gel didn't touch any lip tissue and kept it held away while the gel was on. Then I laid on my back so I could swallow without saliva getting on my teeth and washing the gel away. An alternative is to buy some cotton dental rolls and insert a couple to keep soft tissue like lips away from the coated teeth. I could only coat 5 teeth at a time so the whole process took weeks to complete. Start with only 15 minutes and build up time slowly if your teeth don't object. If they become sensitive, stop treating until they settle and reduce exposure time. As you can see from my pictures, the result can be amazing.

Question:	My teeth are less than straight. Could I expect uneven whitening since they are not "flat" uniformly in the front
Answer:	Mine are crooked and some are in back of the others. I am very careful when I put the strip on. I start in the middle and go outward, making sure I smooth it over my teeth so that all are covered. Then I fold it over to the back.

Question:	How long does it in the hot water for tray to become malleable
Answer:	Yes i try that the first time but i wouldnt recomend it because the reason you want them to be molded to your teeth is because you are trying to protect your gums from the bleach. The better they are molded the less risk of the bleach going to your gums and burning them, which depending on the bleach percentage it can be really painful.

Answer:	Bring water to a boil. Let it cool enough so you can put your hand in it. Hold the tray by the tab and dip it in the hot water. The plastic will start to soften and wrinkle. When the tray becomes malleable place it in your mouth and form it around your teeth. Once the tray sets remove it, cut off the tab and trim the tray as needed around the gum line.

Answer:	Pretty easy- Boil water, turn off heat. pour water in bowl immediately and drop in mouth guard. Wait 18 seconds, remove with tongs, let cool for about 5 seconds. Immediately put in mouth (top teeth). Bite down, suck inward to remove air pull the mold towards your teeth. Try pressing around the mold with your tongue to push it towards your teeth. Remove mold, rinse with cold water and it is ready to use. For the thinner guards, don't bit down all the way as they are thinner and you may bite all the way through the mold.

Answer:	I mean yes technically. Bleach refers to any chemical that lightens color or removes stain. If you are asking if this is industrial hypochlorite (Chlorox) than no. This uses an organic peroxide, a natural bleaching agent (dont get on clothes!)

Answer:	I am a retired dentist. I no longer "bleach" teeth, so this answer is not based on potential effects on my income. The ingredients used are used in dentistry and will brighten your teeth. 35% carbamide peroxide can also burn soft tissues (gums, lips, cheeks tongue) and can even burn a hole through clothing. If overused, it will damage the enamel of your teeth irreparably. I wouldn't feel comfortable turning just anyone loose to use this product in an unsupervised manner. Certainly some individuals will use it safely and effectively, but too many will be tempted to overuse. Your enamel will initially lighten because, like everything else, if you look at the tooth surface under an electron microscope, it is porous. The stains are trapped there. The bleach lightens and even removes that staining material. It opens up the pores and if you were to eat or drink too soon, those pores would just suck up stain like a sponge. Remember: There is only so much of an effect that's even possible. You can't keep chasing a shade you will NEVER reach. The damage to the enamel actually turns the enamel clear and the darker dentin under the enamel shines through...you start going the wrong way. Answer:	Yes, I use the one size fits all mouth piece and it does both the top and bottom teeth at the same time ... little of the gel on top and bottom of it.
