Answer:	I would buy different gel. While it works, it’s not as strong as I would like

Answer:	I brush the gel on the mouthpiece, not my teeth. Then when I spit most of the gel remains on my teeth. I've used it for 2 weeks and really like the results. I do it for 15mins 2-3x/week.
