Answer:	You have to hold them in really hot water for five seconds and put the mold in your mouth so they mold around your teeth. I did this about 10 times to get them fit perfectly. Then they are good to go!

Instructions:

1. Soak the tray in warm water of about 70 degrees for 10-15 seconds to make the tray soft. Be careful not to use hot water that is too hot at 90 degrees. This will cause the tray to wrinkle into a mass when you see the tray. It can be fished out when the edges are wrinkled;

2. Put the soft tooth tray into the mouth, put on the gums, and forcefully suck the air between the tray and the gums. Put together, the tooth tray that comes out of this is the shape that fits your teeth. Pay attention to the speed, but don't force it;

Question:	Do you do uppers and lowers separately
Answer:	You may want to initially use separately to get used to trays in the mouth. There will be some excess whitening material that overflows the tray. Once used to them can try both.

Answer:	I have braces & have been using this product (the 10%, not the 15% though) & it DOES WORK with braces. My dentist actually recommend this product to me, specifically, because it DOES work with braces. The whitening solution actually whitens from the INSIDE OUT, so it will not leave discolored marks after your braces come off. This info is all directly from my dentist who is a 2ndGeneration dentist with a very large practice in a metro area (here in the U.S.). One tip... You may need to be careful when you remove the green rubber tray (which hold the whitening strip & element) since the strip will not adhere as easily to teeth with braces as it does to teeth without. A little extra maneuvering of the strip is usually necessary.

Answer:	The whitening trays customize to your teeth. There are no reserviors. Reserviors are not as common with newer teeth whitening gels that only need to be worn for 20 to 40 minutes a day and not overnight. Also, the problem with reserviors is that the teeth whitening gel is concentrated in the pockets and does not provide even tooth coverage for optimal teeth whitening effects.
Question:	how long do you boil them
Answer:	Only 6 to 7 seconds. Here are the instructions: Clean the mouth guard by scrubbing it gently with anti-bacterial liquid soap and a soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residues. The mouth guard can be molded over either the lower or upper teeth but when using it to either protect your teeth from nighttime grinding or during sports activities it is usually preferred to mold it over the upper teeth. The mouth guard can be trimmed with a sharp scissors to shorten the length as well as the height of the walls if you have a very small mouth or extreme gag reflex. The mouth guard shrinks about 20% during the heating process so trimming is usually not necessary with large or average size mouths. If you do decide to trim the mouth guard, make sure the borders extend at least 1/16” beyond the gum line so that after heating the borders will cover the entire height of each tooth, so shortening is recommended only if the mouth guard would end up extending onto the gums behind the back teeth. Boil water in a pan that can be filled at least 3 inches deep with water. After the water comes to a boil remove the pan from the burner and let the water stop boiling for several seconds. Drop the mouth guard into the hot water for only 6 to 7 seconds* (do not put mouth guard in the water while it is heating up to boil). As soon as you notice the mouth guard walls starting to curl together during the last few seconds that the mouth guard is in the hot water, remove it from the hot water with a large wooden or metal spoon**. Set the mouth guard on a wet paper towel so that the front walls of the mouth guard are laying on the towel and the ends of the mouthpiece are pointing up. This will prevent the walls from collapsing against each other. *Depending on the size of pan used to boil the water and your altitude above sea level, the walls may start to curl at less than 7 seconds. Best results are obtained by removing the mouth guard from the hot water as soon as the walls curl slightly. Overheating the mouth guard beyond this point may cause the walls to fold over completely and stick together. ** If you use a metal spoon it should be kept in ice water until needed to remove the device from the hot water. This will prevent the metal from sticking to the mouth guard. 4. After a few seconds you can touch the mouth guard with your fingers. Slightly spread the walls of the mouth guard apart so that there is enough room for your teeth to fit inside. 5. Quickly insert the mouth guard in your mouth , making sure that the mouth guard is positioned so that it fits over your teeth but do not bite down. Do this step in front of a mirror so that you can make sure the center of the notch in the front of the mouth guard lines up as close as possible between your two front teeth. 6. With your lips closed tightly together, suck out all the air and water until the mouthpiece molds to a tight fit around your teeth. Simultaneously use your tongue to apply very firm pressure to the inside borders of the mouth guard while using your fingers to firmly press the upper lip and cheeks against the outside walls of the mouth guard so it is pushed tightly against the teeth, but avoid biting down. 7. When you remove the mouth guard you should notice a detailed impression of your teeth. After rinsing the mouth guard in cold water and putting it back onto the teeth, it should have a retentive fit. If the mouth guard seems too loose, then the fit can be tightened in the next step. Prior to doing the next step, place ice water in a large bowl so that you can quickly submerge and cool the mouth guard after reheating it.

Answer:	For teeth whitening you can either use 2 at once(1 worn on the bottom teeth and 1 worn on the top teeth). Answer:	Yes, I use the one size fits all mouth piece and it does both the top and bottom teeth at the same time ... little of the gel on top and bottom of it. Pop it in , its self timed so the blue light goes off after its been long enough. Probably lasts like 10 mins or so. I’m very happy with it so far. Hope this helps

Answer:	Thanks to Kayleigh, I don’t have to return this product! I thought it was defective or had a dead battery. I didn’t know, until reading her answer, that there were two batteries separated by a film. It works!

Answer:	It actually removes stains. and if you take care of your teeth well, the stain will not come back.
