Question:	Do you do uppers and lowers separately
Answer:	You may want to initially use separately to get used to trays in the mouth. There will be some excess whitening material that overflows the tray. Once used to them can try both.

Answer:	I have braces & have been using this product (the 10%, not the 15% though) & it DOES WORK with braces. My dentist actually recommend this product to me, specifically, because it DOES work with braces. The whitening solution actually whitens from the INSIDE OUT, so it will not leave discolored marks after your braces come off. This info is all directly from my dentist who is a 2ndGeneration dentist with a very large practice in a metro area (here in the U.S.). One tip... You may need to be careful when you remove the green rubber tray (which hold the whitening strip & element) since the strip will not adhere as easily to teeth with braces as it does to teeth without. A little extra maneuvering of the strip is usually necessary.

Question:	It says bpa free on the description on the page however it doesn’t say it onthw box it came in? is this bpa free
Answer:	Yes you can! You would just mold it for your lower teeth.
Question:	can i use it for lower teeth
Answer:	I was curious too after watching a show on counterfeit products. After I wore it for about ten minutes I started to think where is it made. I could not find any info on the box, the instructions, or on the internet . Even though it is boiled in hot water to mold which could kill the germs, it doesn’t necessarily stop the chemicals from seeping into your body. I’m taking it out and going to brush my teeth again and rethink a Night guard. I was just trying to save $400 at the dentist.

Making method is as follows:

Answer:	Put a mouth tray in hot tea water. the tray will get really soft and kind of curl up and shrink. pull it out and place in mouth and suck and press to conform to your mouth and teeth. If you didnt get a good fit put back in water and try again. When it is snuggged up on teeth keep it in until it cools. then trim up with scissors and emery board any rough edges. I've been using as a night guard for clinching for at least 10 years. works great. good luck!!!

Answer:	If u leave in water too long it is ruined and u have to throw it away...try using water that isn't boiling and leave it in for less and less time til perfect...that's why u get 10

Question:	Is it normal that every time I take off the trays there is saliva between my teeth and the tray? does it affect the process
Answer:	Yes everytime i use it saliva is everywhere. I would think it affects the process because if saliva is coming out then more than likely the whitener is to.

Answer:	I contacted Active Wow and this is their response: "Our premium teeth whitening kit's has 35% of carbamide peroxide, which contains 12% of hydrogen peroxide."

Answer:	The ingredients are propylene glycol, kosher glycerine, hydrogen peroxide, carbomer, peppermint oil.
Question:	Do I have to give myself a shot? I see many syringes
Answer:	No, there are no shots to the mouth(ha). The syringes are for the mouth pieces.
