Answer:	The whitening gel makes your teeth sensitive so the blue gel helps take that sensitivity away. If you have sensitive whey not just use sensodyne toothpaste. It works for me

Answer:	No it does not whiten it reduces sensitivity after whitening. It is also supposed to reharden teeth from decaying enamel but I am not sure anything can really fix tooth decay. However I can attest that it did help my teeth feel less sensitive after using a separate whitening product.

Answer:	I brush it on. Don't bother about people saying you need the mouth guards. After brushing the teeth with toothpaste, I thoroughly flush, and apply this product Inna similar manner than brushing. Leave it in the mouth for 5 minutes, like you would with toothpaste foam (this doesn't foam). Then just spit it out, don't swallow. Works well! Remineralizes teeth literally overnight, reduces sensitivity. Apply weekly. Works really well! You can notice the difference in one to two treatments! You can also squirt a dab in-between the teeth, for remineralisation in harder to reach areas!
Question:	I read one person mentioning that the blue gel should NOT be refrigerated..also not clear whether it comes with instructions? Tks
Answer:	The product does not offer any refrigeration guidance. I would refrigerate the syringes if it is going to take you months to use them. I would not freeze them since it might disrupt the gel structure. I'm not sure whether refrigeration helps much. Toothpaste, a similar gel, does not need refrigeration.The instructions for the mouth trays add not to rinse mouth for 3-5 hours after using the gel, in addition to not rinsing your mouth after taking out the trays. I'm not sure I would follow these instructions as I don't believe it would be good to accidentally swallow any of the blue gel. If you are supposed to maximize the contact time of the blue gel then I assume taking the trays out after 5 minutes is unimportant and you can leave them in longer.

Instructions

Remove the cap from the gel syringe and fill a mouth tray (not included) on the top and bottom with a total of 0.5mL of gel. Alternatively, you may dispense the gel into a small dish and paint it onto each tooth. Wear for 30 minutes per day for best results. Answer:	I had a box that was a year abd a half old (6mo) expired and the gel was still the same. I didnt use it only because im not sure if lost potency. I have used this product for a while and its a very good product and you will definitly see results. I slightly noticed after one treament. After the fourth or fifth treatment its a definitly noticeable difference.

Question:	Can I use this gel in my retainer or will it damage the plastic retainer
Answer:	My dentist made me dental trays to contain any whitening gel, and I have used them with this product. No damage whatsoever. To be sure, you may call your dentist's office to confirm that your retainers would not be damaged, as neither you nor I know what material your retainers were made of. This gel, by the way, is excellent! Good luck!
Question:	I purchased the light and am going to purchace the gel. Where do i find the tray that fits the Aura light
Answer:	You can find them in any drugstore or grocery store, but it might be included in a different kit. Ask the pharmacist. I don't even use a tray. I apply it with a q-tip after I brush my teeth, and rinse it off thirty minutes later. Hope that this helped. :)

Question:	Do you have to use this with a normal toothbrush? I have an electric
Answer:	The only issue with an electric would be it might scatter the stuff around your sink area. I suggest putting the business end of the electric toothbrush in your mouth, before turning it on. Also, try to keep your mouth almost closed, while moving around the vibrating bristles. If worse comes to worse, use a manual for the powder, then switch to electric to get the last traces off your teeth, after you rinse out the black stuff. The powder will turn the bristles black, even after you rinse them off, BTW. Eventually, that will fade.
Question:	Is this safe for your enamel? I've read that dentists don't recommend it. Also, will it stain your sink? If so, how do you avoid that
Answer:	No, this product is NOT safe on your enamel. As my dentist as explained to me, charcoal is extremely abrasive on your teeth and over time, wears away your protective enamel. It gave me cavities because I was brushing with it in my toothpaste. Gel bleaching your teeth is a much safer alternative to this kind of whitening product. Also use cleaning bleach on your sink to get the stains out.

Answer:	I’ve used it on my teeth, a combo of ‘real’ teeth, crowns, white fillings... it’s removed all stains from everything!!! My old days of cigs - even the professional cleaning from hygienist doesn’t get them this smooth, clean and white. I love it. I was using tray whitening from dentist and this works even better, sans chemicals. My teeth are awesome. This is just me, but I wouldn’t be buying my third jar if it didn’t work.

Question:	I can't get OrthoDots to stick - what am I doing wrong
Answer:	OrthoDots® need moisture (saliva) to activate the adhesive, so please do not dry your appliance.  Grab hold of the device using two fingers, and make sure it is oriented so the adhesive side is the one that will contact the bracket.  Apply OrthoDots® by pinching onto and into the bracket for 3-5 continuous seconds.  This gives the adhesive time to be activated by the saliva.  Also, please do not push with just one finger.  This will cause OrthoDots® to smash or slide around before the adhesive can set.  If necessary, using two fingers, do additional pinching onto the bracket for a few continuous seconds each time to ensure the device is securely attached around the offending bracket.
Question:	Can I apply either side of OrthoDots to my appliance
Answer:	No, only one side of OrthoDots® has the moisture-activated adhesive on it. This is the side you can see through the clear blue liner in the bandage style packaging. The adhesive side is grooved and slightly cloudy (the cloudiness will disappear when it comes into contact with moisture).
