Answer:	You need to cut off the tab very close to the mouth guard to prevent irritation. It is only for holding the guard while in the hot water.

Answer:	Unfortunately , the watertank has single hole in midway back with a removeable door flap. Run warm water thru the top spout to clean the pipes from top to bottom, remove watertank, then let water out thru hole and shake. Rinse off parts of the model. This model is harder to remove all water--and when you use it AM and PM, it is hard to evaporate thru little hole. However, you can insert a paper towel to catch the water as you shake it. This model is cheaper than the big wateropen tank. It does the job tho.

Answer:	I generally use one for 2-3 weeks at a time and haven't noticed any issues doing so. I just use one until it feels worn out (they do get "softer" over time). I used to wear "daily" disposable contact lenses for a week or more as well without any problems. I could be wrong, but it seems to me these companies want you to go through their products quicker than necessary so they can sell more products.
