1. Clean

Thoroughly clean the parts to be welded from oil, grease, dirt, dust, and glue residuals.

Use acetone or nail polish remover for better cleaning results if necessary.

2. Bond

Apply a thin layer of PASCO FIX glue to one of the parts. Usually a single drop of glue is all it takes!

Press the parts together for 5 to 10 seconds.

3. Welding

To create an extremely strong "chemical weld" bonding intermittently apply thin layers of PASCO FIX glue and PASCO FILL filler.

Answer:	This glue is the consistency of a "medium CA". It is touted as gap filling but it's my experience that it only fills very, very small gaps (1/32" or less). Perhaps it is comparable to a light 3-in-1 oil. I have used it to fill small gaps by applying a small amount, let it dry, then reapply.

This helps the glue get in and make stronger bondings.

Answer:	My experience is that it can last at least 6 months, and maybe up to a year. A caution though is in order: the longer it is in place, the harder it becomes to remove. Also, if you need it for that long, you probably should visit a Dentist to either get new dentures or get the current one relined professionally. I know many people cannot afford either option because of the economy and Social Security, but remember, the longer you depend on a self-reline, the more your gums and bones will deteriorate!

Answer:	Yes, but it will likely not match the color of your teeth. It is extremely tough. Brush your teeth, use mouthwash, put peroxide on the tooth with a q-tip, and prep the material but don't add the liquid (provided) yet. Add in level scoops of powder and use at least 3 drops of liquid per scoop. I had to practice once to get the mixture correct. The correct mixture, should feel like silly putty/playdough. Too thick? Add in drops of liquid. Too wet? Add in a tiny amount of powder. Dry off tooth with paper towel. Smooth mixture on quickly. You will have less than 60 seconds before it begins to harden. Be sure to use a damp cloth to wipe off any material where it doesn't belong and wipe off the scoop end used to mix the material together. Mine was on for six months and never broke off. It took the dentist 30 minutes to remove the Denpro.

Answer:	Bowling balls are usually urethane or polyester resin based. You are probably better off using epoxy for such a repair. JB Weld should work. If the gouge was huge and the bowling ball expensive, you could spring for a polyester resin based product such as what you would use for fiberglass work. Only problem is it would be a bit thin.

Take care, however, as once placed no amount of solvent will detach gems, so I recommend using worthless gems like diamonds for a 'fit 'n finish' test.

Answer:	Pretty similar to what I used it for only I had to make a tooth that broke off from my denture but listen, have you ever done this. Grab some baking soda "just a tiny amount" and drip crazy glue on it and when you do you will find that it hardens up instantaneously and when I say hard I mean fricking hard. So what I did was make a make shift tooth mold on my denture, poured the baking soda into it and then added what I guess was about two drops of crazy glue into it then I took off the tape I used to form the mold and used a Dremel to grind it down to where it started looking like a tooth and then I covered that tooth thing with this stuff as I believe its quite possibly a tiny bit harder than the super hard plastics that the crazy glue and baking soda form but I could be wrong as I'm telling you that glue and baking soda think makes one rock hard like substance.
