I use all 3, bubbles galore tooth powder (not a paste but acts the same), scrubbing tooth powder (abrasive on tartar, not enamel), floos and then metal tooth scraper/pick gently in between teeth and at gum base. Then I add oils, NOT before doing all the above steps. You gotta take care of your teeth PROPERLY and diligently, if you want them to last you!

Under that is what appears to be a letter 'C' back to back with another one. Sorry I can't help you more.
