Answer:	Catylpyridnium chloride is the only active ingredient. Not sure if that’s for bacteria, breath or what. There are a bunch of inactive ingredients too

Answer:	No these do NOT come in a pump. They come in a box of 3 large 33 ounce bottles. I just refill my smaller 16 ounce bottles with these. Works great for me & that way I don't even need a pump. A pump is only included with the gallon size single jug (also available on Amazon) which is more expensive than buying this set of 3 bottles of 33 ounces each. Hope that's helpful!
