Answer:	No, they are disposable. But I don’t recommend these at all. They are very pokey and do not fit well between teeth. I returned them because I wasn’t afraid I was going to damage my mouth

The toothbrush bristles are designed to be used with charcoal toothpaste to whiten teeth, the bristles are "soft" so not brushing hard - I must say these work with the charcoal toothpaste, using for about a week, teeth are whiter without sensitivity and yes I drink one cup of coffee a day

Question:	How do i lnow what size to get?! I have never tried any of these. Id like to start trying to use them but not sure about the moderate, wide etc. T
Answer:	Actually.. I've had so much dental work done in the past that i gave a lot of different size gaps between my teeth. (the brushes have stopped that momentum). The wide only fits in 3 spaces. I'd start with moderate. It fits in most spaces. Fyi.. the tight is good...but the wire is small so it bends easily which makes it ineffective. My gums have never been in such great condition since using these. Good luck.
Question:	Do these work for braces like the string ones
Answer:	I wasn't pleased using skinniest style around an under crowns and permanent bridges. They bent easily, didn't work well, may have caused gum abrasions. Do you have a water jet flosser? Lots of brands to choose from, in cordless, rechargeable. Much easier, more gentle and thorough, especially for braces and sore gums. Follow instructions that come with it.

Answer:	These interdental brushes are so superior to dental floss.even after flossing, these manage to remove more debris between your teeth. My dentist give me samples and strongly recommend them. i think you can try!

Answer:	The picks that have the actual bristles are good quality. They don't get all bent while you're flossing. I didn't realize that the other half were the all plastic without actual brush type bristles. I probably won't use those at all
