Answer:	I am not sure of the exact question, but the wax adheres to most surfaces. If you make the scales or gills out of the wax you could use liquid latex or prosaid to attach them.
Question:	how flexible is this when it is fully cured
Answer:	Pretty flexible, you can have it the whole day and it would still be flexible. It does NOT turn into rock if that what you mean. Also DONT use spirit gum for some reason they don't bond good together. Spirit gum would just make it worst.
Question:	What to use instead of spirit gum
Answer:	For...?Any adhesive depending on what result you want. For just sealing you dont use spirit gum, you use liquid latex. For appliances search for adhesive and it is a white bottle. Better for your skin than spirit gum.
Question:	What kind of paints do I use on scar wax? Does it work with water activated paints? Alcohol activated paints are too expensive
Answer:	Before ANY make-up, first, you need a top coat sealant. Fixative A is the “standard” overcoat. You apply a layer over the top once you’re happy with your design, then apply whatever makeup or face paint you want to colour your design with. Another popular choice is liquid latex, when you use liquid latex you can bring it out further on the skin than the scar wax which can help make it stay attached a bit longer. Water-based make-up tends to bead up on latex, so not the best choice over latex. Instead, try creamy grease paint make-up and follow with powder to set that grease, or just use powder colors. Certain types of makeup are going to help hide the edges, and some types or going to accentuate them, for example if you use powders like eyeshadows, the powder tends to “catch” on the edge highlighting it, whereas cream paints you can layer over the edge and hide it. Once you have a layer cream paint, or grease paint, or liquid foundation/concealer, you can go in with powders like eyeshadow over the top, but try and brush from the scar wax onto the skin then there’s less chances the powders will catch on the edges.

Narrative Cosmetics Scar Wax is a moldable wax that can be manipulated to create realistic cuts, bullet holes, a broken nose or finger, and a variety of other shapes. Additionally, the scar wax can be used to cover eyebrows. How to use: clean surface and apply a layer of spirit gum, allowing it to become tacky. Use the included spatula to scoop out desired scar wax. Apply to surface and blend with petroleum jelly or moisturizer. Seal with liquid latex and set with translucent powder. Add cream or alcohol-based paints to color, and blood if desired.

Question:	What does the liquid latex do
Answer:	My hair is fine and wavy and up to my a little above my shoulder. I bought medium. If your trying to get your hair straight I would try the large. I think that would work best and you can always return if it doesn’t work. Hope this helped
