Answer:	Yes. I use it instead of foundation. I apply it with a brush like I would foundation to cover up dark circles under my eyes that have appeared due to aging and to cover discolorations or brown spots I have on my nose and cheeks. It works great and is the only thing I have found that will cover my dark circles and last throughout the day. If I am doing full make-up I may use it under foundation, but normally it is all I use.
