| Answer: | Hi, the best thing to do is remove the pump top from the bottle. Then grasp the black plastic base under the lid above the dip tube with one hand. Then turn the head counter-clockwise. That will stop the "whole thing" from turning when you try to open it. I just did one that way right now to test it. That means both the mouth of the bottle and the interior diameter of the cap are 24 mm. I personally use these bottles at home to store my face cleanser -- 1 for AM, and 1 for PM.
