Answer:	Translucent usually doesn't have any color to it. Buff is a light color which evens out your light skin tone. I wear buff most of the year because I have light skin color.

Answer:	Yes, it is fairly sheer but thats what I have used it for.

Answer:	Yes, but at least not for me. My eyes absorb these color so it can't really be seen. However, it can be used in place of pressed powder. I use it in morning after I put foundation or concealer on to help set my look and keep my face from being oily. It works all day. I hope this helps :)
