Question:	Is this white eyeliner blacklight reactive
Answer:	It used to be, back in the 80's. In the late 90's they changed the formula and it's never been the same. Used to stay on swimming, watery eyes, crying whatever, it never came off till you took it off. WAS the best ever. Nothing compared. How does a mfr keep making and selling such junk these days? I have to laugh at those saying good things about it. They must not know anything about makeup!
Question:	is this product vegan
Answer:	I have been using this eyeliner for many years and it never has peeled off for me. Use it on top and bottom eyelids and it stays put all day. It is the only liquid waterproof eyeliner I like.

Question:	What is the difference between the colors of "milk" and "cottage cheese
Answer:	Milk is very pigmented...it's an opaque bright stark white. It's great for highlighting the area under your brows. Cottage cheese is not as opaque and it's got a bit of shimmer...a little more sheer, it's a creamier, warmer pearly white, best for highlighting the inner corners of your eyes.
Question:	Is the milk a warmer or cooler white? Is it more cream or more blue-ish white tone
Answer:	What an excellent question! It looks to me to be cool to neutral. The name "Milk" is perfect for it, because it is the color of milk. It isn't blue at all, but it is cool. However, it works great of my warm toned, yellow based skin, so it is somewhat neutral. Something I should have mentioned before, it is not the kind of pencil that should be used if you want something white in your eye look. It's not that it isn't pigmented, it is, it just works much better as a base rather than something you'd wear on it's own. It does show up enough to be a highlight, but because I am very pale, the color gets a little lost on my skin. It will show up better on people with medium to dark skin tones. I hope this helps!
Question:	how do you get this to twist up?? does it come up at all
Answer:	It doesn't twist up, it sharpens. You have to use a jumbo sharpener from Nyx or some other sharpener with the larger and regular holes. Also, many people advocate for freezing the pencil for a few minutes before sharpening to keep it from smearing and smashing. Search Youtube for "how to sharpen a nyx jumbo eye pencil" and you should be good to go.
Question:	How long will a single stick last
Answer:	I just got this in and highly disappointed that only the tip of the product is all you get. I assumed it was a swivel bottom.. I was wrong. That being said, I put it on my waterline as soon as I received it (about 930am) bc that’s why I bought it. And at midnight last night it was still there. I do not wear makeup daily as as SAHM, but I loved the quality of the this liner/crayon. So for me it’ll last a bit. For daily wearers, not long at all.

Answer:	With a pencil sharpener. I would get a good one in the make up section. I tried to use a cheap one (like $1) and it didn't sharpen as well. But spent $3.99 on one and it works perfectly.

Answer:	use an artists sharpening sandpaper pointer https://www.amazon.com/Sharpener-Sandpaper-Pointer-Drawing-HONGTIAN/dp/B072JY9SQC/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1518200293&sr=8-10&keywords=Sandpaper+Sharpening or an emery board or it will be way too sharp. You want to round out the point to meet your needs. Should be soft enough not to tug on your lids or skip - just a smooth line. If it's too hard, even young girl's skin can resist the quick smooth line you want to make. This is why I always always preferred silky liquids and a brush but the soft neutral non gloss colors I need are becoming almost impossible to find in the right consistency even though professional educated make-artists always suggest lighter tones for women over 50 and sometimes younger. I can't picture glazed toffee. I was really looking for a smokey taupe but I'm about to give up.

Answer:	I twisted the bottom over thirty times hoping to get more out, nothing happened. In desperation I tapped the pencil, cap side down, on the counter and within ten taps almost 1/4 inch of liner came out.

Answer:	Hi, thanks for asking. No, this is a regular eyeliner pencil.
Question:	Can it be sharpened
Answer:	I find that these NARS liners do indeed stay on the waterline on the top lid. That is the only waterline lid I use. I do however use the same color on my lower lids just below my lower lashes. On my lower lid, the staying power is much better if you use a tiny bit of NARS smudge proof eyeshadow base before applying the eyeliner. Otherwise, if you use any kind of eye cream, the liner will probably smudge.
Question:	Are they shimmery at all
Answer:	It is a shiny white I think. You can Google and see all the colors. I have blue eyes and like KHAO SAN ROAD, Metallic Aquamarine and Abby Road. A little with my usual black for a pop. It really lasts in any color. Avoid oily under eye cream to avoid a little smudge
Question:	Is this the milk white mat? No sparkle? I want the mat white like they used to make in the larger pencil
Answer:	I don't have contacts but I do have very sensitive eyes that water. I use it in my water line, and even my kids when they have performances and need make up. My other favorite waterline eyeliner is called i- line 24-7 by beauty for real.
