Answer:	Facial cleanser and water gets most of it. Vaseline takes off anything that’s left.

Answer:	Actually they are NOT really cruelty-free....their parent company (major brand, L'Oreal) sells in China which requires animal testing (just like how MAC isn't REALLY cruelty-free) and L'Oreal straight up lies (fudges facta) about this on their website/packages. While NYX still doesn't test on animals (final product OR ingredients), buying their products helps profit a company that tests a ton of stuff on animals! Answer:	The only seal that was on mine was the standard perforated plastic on the outside. If yours doesn't have any type of plastic seal, I would not take any chances and return it.

Answer:	There are lots of short video tutorials on YouTube. On the other hand, here are some tips on how to rock a perfect cat's eye! 1. Press I find it easier to get a good stamp when looking down into a mirror. The stamp has a small V indent on the edge that lines up perfectly with the corner of your eye. Just line it up and press. Here’s the thing: It’s not going to look perfect just yet. Think of the stamp as an outline. A couple presses leaves a good mark. You’ll have to go in and perfect it later. Once you stamp on one side, flip the tool over and there’s another stamp for the opposite eye (they’re clearly marked left and right so you won’t mix it up). 2. Line Lids I use the eyeliner pen to line my lids and perfect the angular shape of the wing. A few tips: Start from the inner corners and work your way out. I also like to hold the pen flush against my lash line, so that I’m using the side of the tip to draw instead of just the very thin, pointed end. 3. Clean Up Use a soaked Q-tip to clean or to erase any errant blotches of black. Hope these simple tips will do the trick!

Answer:	have no idea but i didn't like it it was all sparkly

Answer:	This one with the dark bottom cap is dark brown. If you get one with a silver bottom caps, it is med-light.. I use the dark because it adds more definition to my eyes.

Answer:	No. It also usually wears off about half way through the day. But it makes a nice line and the color is good. Also, hypoallergenic, so it doesn't make my eyes itch.

Question:	I ordered and paid for a 2 count and only received 1. Should I return the 1 item or will the 2nd one be delivered later
Answer:	I apply the darker powder onto the outer edges of the brows that are more thinned out and somethimes use the gray for the inner part, depending on how shaped I want my eyebrows to be. I don't really use the wax unless because I find that the powder stays on throughout my day. (Apparently the wax is applied first so that the powder sticks on for longer)
Question:	Does this eyeliner have a matted finish
Answer:	I'd go with the blond. My hair is grayish; what brows I have left are sort of dark and bristly! but the lighter of the two "blond" powders--they are more two shades of light brown--seems to work well, blending in with what sparse rows I have left! I'm no makeup expert, but I found this product easy to use. The brushes are short, to fit in the little case, but the stiff, angled one does the job as an applicator and the other one blends in the stabilizing gel. I use a magnifying mirror if I really want to get it right, but I can also just whip some color in place and go.
Question:	How dark is the brown
Answer:	I dip a little in the wax and then the powder, then put it on my eyebrows. At first I tried what other people said and did the wax first then powder, or powder first and then wax but I felt each time the wax would just make my eyebrows look oily but when I'd mix it I got the perfect result and love the product.
Question:	How do I remove the eyeliner
Answer:	If you’re looking for dark brown, buy black. The dark brown isn’t dark. It’s auburn.
