Answer:	Facial cleanser and water gets most of it. Vaseline takes off anything that’s left.

Answer:	Actually they are NOT really cruelty-free....their parent company (major brand, L'Oreal) sells in China which requires animal testing (just like how MAC isn't REALLY cruelty-free) and L'Oreal straight up lies (fudges facta) about this on their website/packages. While NYX still doesn't test on animals (final product OR ingredients), buying their products helps profit a company that tests a ton of stuff on animals! PETA let's this slide but the Beagle Freedom Project (and even Sephora) does not (and they have an app called Cruelty Cutter that tells you about each product/brand - you can look them up AND EVEN SCAN BY BARCODE so you can check the products already in the house!). Answer:	It washes off with water on a damp cloth. It stays on pretty well in the pool or water, but comes off easily when rubbed with a wet cloth.

Answer:	I don’t know if this makeup is Hypoallergenic. Depends on your allergen. I have extremely sensitive skin however and have been using this eyeliner for years with no issue. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing online though. Both times I tired and rec dry old product. You can find it at target and Walmart for the same price.

The brown gel is only a little under half way gone; the black is still MOSTLY full. And yes, the brown can stiffen up a bit but as the prev commenter said, throw a little oil in there and you're good. I still want to order more, not because I'm running out anytime soon, but just to have it whenever I finally need it again.

Answer:	I've been using these eyeliners for many years. I wanted a liner that was waterproof but not so soft that it would smudge easily throughout the day. Depending on how fresh the stick is and the temperature of the room, it's soft enough to glide on accurately. But as it is a bit stiffer than other brands, due to its long-lasting properties, it doesn't smudge as readily. And as it begins to dry, even during application, it becomes even more resistant to manipulation. It takes some practice.

Answer:	Better than others I've tried, I always put in on the waterline of my bottom lash and when it does fade - and it will - it leaves a perfect clean line right at the outer rim of the waterline, but I personally like that about it.

Answer:	Hi-just to provide some info, if it sold in mainland China, then it is certainly not cruelty-free and is required by Chinese law to be tested on animals. Now if it sold only online, then it does not have to undergo the animal testing, but that would be up to the company to submit itself for these requirements. Maybe the company can provide input as to whether it is only sold online in China or in actual stores. I watched the video and they didn't say whether they sold in Chinese stores or only online. I can appreciate if the ACTUAL ingredients are vegan/cruelty-free, however, anything sold in actual Chinese stores has to undergo animal testing so that would certainly not make it cruelty free.

Answer:	China. just a warning, I didn't receive the product that is pictured. mine was not the same brand (I've used vogue before and I like it. what I got was all in Chinese and only 1 pen). do not recommend

Answer:	Felt tip for sure although over time of wear it becomes very similar to a brush. I love this item I have been using since I was 18 years old. I am now 30, I highly recommend it for the best eye wing!

Answer:	Per the label on the packaging, the ingredients are: water, propylene glyocol, oleyl. alcohol, magnesium aluminum sulcate, stearic acid, xanthan gum, glycerly stearate, hectorite, cellulose, tromethamine acrylates/C10-30 ALKYLACRYLATE CROSSPOLYMER, CITRIC ACID, isopropelparaben, butylparaben and a note that it may contain a couple of other ingredients. Does that help? I don't know what any of this stuff is, except water and citric acid. I do know I've been using it for years with no problems.

Answer:	All eye makeup, in my opinion , should be used up by 3 months. It is a small bottle, so applying daily probably meets that time frame. I have never had a problem and don't keep tabs on it.Best stay on liner I have tried. I do use a primer under, most of the time.

Question:	How long did it last on your waterline
Answer:	About 4-6 hours. If you do just the lash line it lasts about 12 hours before it starts bleeding noticeably; but that also depends on the humidity and your activity level.
Question:	how do you advance the tip
Answer:	The tip DOES NOT ADVANCE. Was not built to. You're supposed to be able to sharpen it, but I tried 3 different sharpeners with no luck. Contacted L'Oreal, and they refunded my money.
Question:	I'm having a terrible time sharpening this pencil! Any ideas
Answer:	I had the same problem. I loved how the product went on & stayed on, but it was a terrible mess to attempt sharpening it. I tried my 2-hole-size sharpener and neither size worked. The casing is so hard that I thought the blades would break; when I got through the casing the tip would break off. If I managed to get a tip sharpened, the outer casing edges were so jagged that they caught on my eye and hurt! After the third tedious cleaning of my clogged sharpener, I gave up. I don't have the time or energy to go through that every few days...
