Answer:	This is a twist up pencil you don’t need to use sharpener. If you want to give a pointy edge at the bottom of the pencil pull off plastic piece and sponge and you will find a sharpener. It’s not necessary to use

Answer:	I find that a little of this liner goes a long way. I apply some and then use the smudger end or my fav liner brush and it will set better. Uses less product and I find I havw no smudging unlike the times that I just run the liner on.

Question:	do you have demolition eye liner
Answer:	About 4-6 hours. If you do just the lash line it lasts about 12 hours before it starts bleeding noticeably; but that also depends on the humidity and your activity level.

Answer:	The tip DOES NOT ADVANCE. Was not built to. You're supposed to be able to sharpen it, but I tried 3 different sharpeners with no luck. Contacted L'Oreal, and they refunded my money.

Answer:	I had the same problem. I loved how the product went on & stayed on, but it was a terrible mess to attempt sharpening it. I tried my 2-hole-size sharpener and neither size worked. The casing is so hard that I thought the blades would break; when I got through the casing the tip would break off. If I managed to get a tip sharpened, the outer casing edges were so jagged that they caught on my eye and hurt! After the third tedious cleaning of my clogged sharpener, I gave up. I don't have the time or energy to go through that every few days...

Answer:	bought it early 2017 and still have it almost a yr and half later. For reference I use the brown for my brows mostly, and the black for my eyeliner. The brown gel is only a little under half way gone; the black is still MOSTLY full. And yes, the brown can stiffen up a bit but as the prev commenter said, throw a little oil in there and you're good. I still want to order more, not because I'm running out anytime soon, but just to have it whenever I finally need it again.

Answer:	Hi, thanks for asking. No, this is a regular eyeliner pencil.
Question:	Can it be sharpened
Answer:	I find that these NARS liners do indeed stay on the waterline on the top lid. That is the only waterline lid I use. I do however use the same color on my lower lids just below my lower lashes. On my lower lid, the staying power is much better if you use a tiny bit of NARS smudge proof eyeshadow base before applying the eyeliner. Otherwise, if you use any kind of eye cream, the liner will probably smudge.
Question:	Are they shimmery at all
Answer:	It is a shiny white I think. You can Google and see all the colors. I have blue eyes and like KHAO SAN ROAD, Metallic Aquamarine and Abby Road. A little with my usual black for a pop. It really lasts in any color. Avoid oily under eye cream to avoid a little smudge

Question:	Can you use this like a regular eyeliner? I bought it without reading the whole detail
Answer:	This Eyeliner is not meant to be used in the waterline if you have sensitive eyes. It was formulated to stay above and below the waterline, many people have told us that they wear it in their waterline as it is a waterproof formula. We suggest not using it in the waterline if you have sensitive eyes.
Question:	Is this eyeliner waterproof so itll stay on my waterline longer
Answer:	if that sharpener wont get the line fine enough for you, try a regular pencil sharpener but sharpen very slowly. I use a razor to to slim it down and then, I know it seems like a waste, but I take the kohl part and slide it from side to side turning over until i get the desired point. It's so soft it's very hard to keep the line fine. Hope it helps you, because I know that sharpener and the softness of the kohl makes it hard to keep a fine line. ALSO- I use a sharpener from another brand, for another pencil but it works good and the sharpener is only about $3-6.00.
Question:	I purchased the linen color pencil. I did not see a way to dispense more (can't twist the end or anything). Do you have to use a sharpener

Question:	How do you sharpen this without it breaking off
Answer:	Yes, to a degree. My eyes water a lot, and so long as I don't rub them where the makeup is, the makeup stays put, and stays dark. If I do rub my eyes a lot, the makeup does wear off after a while, but never totally. It's really the best for someone like me, who has a hard time keeping makeup on.

Question:	I am in need of gold...something really bright and glittery...will this work
Answer:	You do have to use a pencil sharpener. I know, I thought the same thing because it doesn’t look like a normal eye pencil that would need a regular sharpener.
Question:	does the white one crack after a while

For best results when sharpening, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. Question:	Is there more product other than the shown? Can it be rolled up
Answer:	It can be sharpened. The sharpener is attached to the other end as a lid.
