Answer:	I've been using these eyeliners for many years. I wanted a liner that was waterproof but not so soft that it would smudge easily throughout the day. Depending on how fresh the stick is and the temperature of the room, it's soft enough to glide on accurately. But as it is a bit stiffer than other brands, due to its long-lasting properties, it doesn't smudge as readily. And as it begins to dry, even during application, it becomes even more resistant to manipulation. It takes some practice.

Answer:	Better than others I've tried, I always put in on the waterline of my bottom lash and when it does fade - and it will - it leaves a perfect clean line right at the outer rim of the waterline, but I personally like that about it.

Answer:	Yes you can twist to advance or retract the liner pencil. I love this liner. Works great.

Answer:	I have been using this product for years and have not experienced any allergic effects. As far as being waterproof, yes it is. I have used it while swimming in the pool and it was still there after I came out of the water.

Answer:	I use it a lot too. I think an average pencil lasts one to one and a half months. The brown color almost won't meld onto the skin so I don't use it. The black is good. If you want a 2 year supply play it safe and buy at least 18 pencils.
