Question:	Are those matt or glitter-type pencils
Answer:	Matt. This specific pencil has really great staying power, and durability. I bought about 6 different brands, and this is by far the best!! And my fave...I would just prefer it if nyx was not a subsidury of a larger company that animal tests...although supposedly they do not test themselves.
Question:	I ordered this and it is not sealed. Is that normal
Answer:	The only seal that was on mine was the standard perforated plastic on the outside. If yours doesn't have any type of plastic seal, I would not take any chances and return it.

Answer:	I have the olive colored one and it works pretty well for me. I do notice that after a few hours that its starting to fade away on my water line. But it may work differently for you. Sorry if this doesn't help you at all.

Answer:	Facial cleanser and water gets most of it. Vaseline takes off anything that’s left.

Answer:	Yes
Question:	How quickly does this dry out? I apply over my eye shadow and find that some dry out quickly or as soon as I start applying
Answer:	I find it to last as long as I'm applying, one reason I recommend this product. Other's dry fast even reapplying later. I can reapply later to freshen up if needed & still Epic still applies smoothly. You can't go wrong, try it!! I'm very picky, so for me to like & purchase really says something.
Question:	do they test on animals
Answer:	Actually they are NOT really cruelty-free....their parent company (major brand, L'Oreal) sells in China which requires animal testing (just like how MAC isn't REALLY cruelty-free) and L'Oreal straight up lies (fudges facta) about this on their website/packages. While NYX still doesn't test on animals (final product OR ingredients), buying their products helps profit a company that tests a ton of stuff on animals! PETA let's this slide but the Beagle Freedom Project (and even Sephora) does not (and they have an app called Cruelty Cutter that tells you about each product/brand - you can look them up AND EVEN SCAN BY BARCODE so you can check the products already in the house!). Answer:	I wore it at the beach and it stayed put. I use coconut oil on a rag to wash it off. It takes a little work but anything that doesn't wear off in the water or melt off will.

Answer:	I don't use the eyeliner consistently on the waterline, but when I have it does not stay put for very long. But, I also have an issue with watery eyes...so it may work well for you.
Question:	Can this be used on the eyebrows
Answer:	Yes it can. It works very well. But don't press too Hard, just lightly feather the color on. And if you use an Eyebrow comb/brush, use it very lightly. I use a wet tissue to press the brow after application to "Set" it. It lasts for a long time, even overnight, if you do it this way.
Question:	Is this eyeliner smudge proof? How long will it last me without smudging
Answer:	It smudges. I have a little bit of oily skin and as soon as you touch it, right off it comes. No matter how long you wear it.
