Answer:	This is a twist up pencil you don’t need to use sharpener. If you want to give a pointy edge at the bottom of the pencil pull off plastic piece and sponge and you will find a sharpener. It’s not necessary to use

Answer:	Facial cleanser and water gets most of it. Vaseline takes off anything that’s left.

Answer:	I find it to last as long as I'm applying, one reason I recommend this product. Other's dry fast even reapplying later. I can reapply later to freshen up if needed & still Epic still applies smoothly. You can't go wrong, try it!! I'm very picky, so for me to like & purchase really says something.

Answer:	Actually they are NOT really cruelty-free....their parent company (major brand, L'Oreal) sells in China which requires animal testing (just like how MAC isn't REALLY cruelty-free) and L'Oreal straight up lies (fudges facta) about this on their website/packages. While NYX still doesn't test on animals (final product OR ingredients), buying their products helps profit a company that tests a ton of stuff on animals! PETA let's this slide but the Beagle Freedom Project (and even Sephora) does not (and they have an app called Cruelty Cutter that tells you about each product/brand - you can look them up AND EVEN SCAN BY BARCODE so you can check the products already in the house!). And my fave...I would just prefer it if nyx was not a subsidury of a larger company that animal tests...although supposedly they do not test themselves.

Answer:	About 4-6 hours. If you do just the lash line it lasts about 12 hours before it starts bleeding noticeably; but that also depends on the humidity and your activity level.

Answer:	The tip DOES NOT ADVANCE. Was not built to. You're supposed to be able to sharpen it, but I tried 3 different sharpeners with no luck. Contacted L'Oreal, and they refunded my money.

Answer:	I had the same problem. I loved how the product went on & stayed on, but it was a terrible mess to attempt sharpening it. I tried my 2-hole-size sharpener and neither size worked. The casing is so hard that I thought the blades would break; when I got through the casing the tip would break off. If I managed to get a tip sharpened, the outer casing edges were so jagged that they caught on my eye and hurt! After the third tedious cleaning of my clogged sharpener, I gave up. I don't have the time or energy to go through that every few days...

Answer:	There are lots of short video tutorials on YouTube. On the other hand, here are some tips on how to rock a perfect cat's eye! 1. Press I find it easier to get a good stamp when looking down into a mirror. The stamp has a small V indent on the edge that lines up perfectly with the corner of your eye. Just line it up and press. Here’s the thing: It’s not going to look perfect just yet. Think of the stamp as an outline. A couple presses leaves a good mark. You’ll have to go in and perfect it later. Once you stamp on one side, flip the tool over and there’s another stamp for the opposite eye (they’re clearly marked left and right so you won’t mix it up). 2. Line Lids I use the eyeliner pen to line my lids and perfect the angular shape of the wing. A few tips: Start from the inner corners and work your way out. I also like to hold the pen flush against my lash line, so that I’m using the side of the tip to draw instead of just the very thin, pointed end. 3. Clean Up Use a soaked Q-tip to clean or to erase any errant blotches of black. Hope these simple tips will do the trick!

Answer:	It has not irritated my eyes, I actually bought it because I wanted an eyeliner that doesn't come off as easy because my eyes water a lot because of allergies. I've had no irritation whatsoever with this eyeliner. I use it on top lid, bottom lid & waterline.
