As with all pancake makeup you will need a little wet sponge wedge or you can use your fingers but you have to wet them first and rub the powder pancake to make it transfer to your fingers and then apply it to face or body. This is how you transfer the pigment from the container to a new surface.

Answer:	Good point! It is as water resistant as I need it to be, I guess, because my mascara isn't water resistant either! lol I don't like anything that has to be removed with oil, so it has worked well for me for years.

Answer:	As far as I know the E65 is similar to other many angled brushes. I haven't personally used the e65 but I have used bigger angled brushes, and I'm in love with the e06 because of how small it is and how steep the angle is. It makes it SO easy to make precise lines!

Answer:	This is cake eyeliner and it does not flake at all. I have been using it for 25 years and have found it the easiest to apply, plus you can make very thin lines with it or thick ones, so I like the control that cake eye liner gives you.

I used to be able to wear ( smudgefree pencil liner all day, but not anymore.This cake liner doesn't smudge, and lasts for most of the day ( not all day, but longer than pencils or liquid liner ) I would recommend this eye liner.
