Answer:	Matt. This specific pencil has really great staying power, and durability. I bought about 6 different brands, and this is by far the best!! And my fave...I would just prefer it if nyx was not a subsidury of a larger company that animal tests...although supposedly they do not test themselves.

Answer:	The only seal that was on mine was the standard perforated plastic on the outside. If yours doesn't have any type of plastic seal, I would not take any chances and return it.

Answer:	I have the olive colored one and it works pretty well for me. I do notice that after a few hours that its starting to fade away on my water line. But it may work differently for you. Sorry if this doesn't help you at all.

Answer:	They are really great! There’s extra material around the padding so I trimmed it a little so that it didn’t show on the sides near my under arms. I recommend a swimsuit that’s tight to ensure they don’t move if you’re going to be like in the ocean with aggressive waves!!
