Answer:	Matt. This specific pencil has really great staying power, and durability. I bought about 6 different brands, and this is by far the best!! And my fave...I would just prefer it if nyx was not a subsidury of a larger company that animal tests...although supposedly they do not test themselves.

Answer:	The only seal that was on mine was the standard perforated plastic on the outside. If yours doesn't have any type of plastic seal, I would not take any chances and return it.

Answer:	I find that a little of this liner goes a long way. I apply some and then use the smudger end or my fav liner brush and it will set better. Uses less product and I find I havw no smudging unlike the times that I just run the liner on.

Question:	How is this on the waterline
Answer:	About 4-6 hours. If you do just the lash line it lasts about 12 hours before it starts bleeding noticeably; but that also depends on the humidity and your activity level.
Question:	How long did it last on your waterline
Answer:	The tip DOES NOT ADVANCE. Was not built to. You're supposed to be able to sharpen it, but I tried 3 different sharpeners with no luck. Contacted L'Oreal, and they refunded my money.

Answer:	I had the same problem. I loved how the product went on & stayed on, but it was a terrible mess to attempt sharpening it. I tried my 2-hole-size sharpener and neither size worked. The casing is so hard that I thought the blades would break; when I got through the casing the tip would break off. If I managed to get a tip sharpened, the outer casing edges were so jagged that they caught on my eye and hurt! After the third tedious cleaning of my clogged sharpener, I gave up. I don't have the time or energy to go through that every few days...

Answer:	I went to look to answer your question, but I misplaced that one, my favorite, and been using the brown. I do not use black or dark charcoal colors, so I would say it’s definitely a gray-black color. I have light blue/green eyes & fair complexion. The colors are great, they stay on all day, clean off easily, but my favorite part is they sharpen easily and don’t melt (I summer/south).

Answer:	Yes, could definitely use for that! But they’d prob work best with a setting spray on top if you plan on wearing your “Faux-frecks” all day. 🤓

Answer:	Yes absolutely Ive been wearing this eyeliner in dark brown for over 20 years. Perfect true brown for me

Answer:	It is for both eyebrows and eyeliner. States it on back of the package. And is WATERPROOF. This stays on for over 2 days if I wanted to, though I apply fresh since I wash face every day. Only kind I use now for the price. Walmart is half the price though than what I’m seeing on Amazon. I use the light brown and I’m a red head. But it matches a carrot top like me! Auburn is too dark. Yes, you can heat black color to make it glide on easier, but I use Vaseline first on eyelashes ( very light coating) then powder to help thicken lashes and to keep lashes curled BEFORE I apply any eyeliner or mascara. A model told me this trick. Works great. If you can find aqua stay mineral makeup for Revlon it helps even more with staying power. A little pricey but not compared to others. Can use Revlon Colorstay face powder if cannot find aqua Colorstay mineral powder. Apply a second light dusting over eyeliner or use Revlon Colorstay black or dark brown Colorstay eyeshadow to help set it, which I prefer the latter.
