Answer:	Yes, I use Namiki black ink in my Pilot Metropolitan and I love the deep blackness of it. I have never had it clog my pen even when I leave it capped and unattended for weeks at a time.

You can also buy this in a coke bottle like bottle, and it’s a huge savings. You just need an empty 60 ml to pour it in to use.

Answer:	Actually this bottle is technically an inkwell. Definition given to inkwell is a container that holds ink. In the old school desks there used to be a small opening to place an inkwell into the desk. Also the traditional inkwell was a heavy piece of glass with a hole drilled in the middle to put ink in. I used to have one many years ago. It was heavy glass like a perfume bottle. It didn't hold much ink since the ink well itself was very small and not deep. You could dip your pen or quill to the bottom without getting ink on the section (neck) of the pen. This bottle has the right shape and size for an inkwell and it comes with a plastic intra-bottle inkwell which keeps the pen from going too far into the ink. A very good idea. They do sell the intra-bottle inkwells separately in some specialty stores. So this is an added value feature.

Answer:	I'd suggest you use 2 colors, if your hair was brown then I'd suggest 1 med. brown and 1 black. I'm also older and have found in my reading that darker eyebrows help a woman look younger, but be sure to use short quick lite strokes, not a solid line. Also I've read that wider eyebrows also help a woman look younger. There are a number of videos about how to apply eyebrows on older women. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Milk is very pigmented...it's an opaque bright stark white. It's great for highlighting the area under your brows. Cottage cheese is not as opaque and it's got a bit of shimmer...a little more sheer, it's a creamier, warmer pearly white, best for highlighting the inner corners of your eyes.

Answer:	What an excellent question! It looks to me to be cool to neutral. The name "Milk" is perfect for it, because it is the color of milk. It isn't blue at all, but it is cool. However, it works great of my warm toned, yellow based skin, so it is somewhat neutral. Something I should have mentioned before, it is not the kind of pencil that should be used if you want something white in your eye look. It's not that it isn't pigmented, it is, it just works much better as a base rather than something you'd wear on it's own. It does show up enough to be a highlight, but because I am very pale, the color gets a little lost on my skin. It will show up better on people with medium to dark skin tones. I hope this helps!
Question:	how do you get this to twist up?? does it come up at all
Answer:	It doesn't twist up, it sharpens. You have to use a jumbo sharpener from Nyx or some other sharpener with the larger and regular holes. Also, many people advocate for freezing the pencil for a few minutes before sharpening to keep it from smearing and smashing. Search Youtube for "how to sharpen a nyx jumbo eye pencil" and you should be good to go.
Question:	How long will a single stick last
Answer:	I just got this in and highly disappointed that only the tip of the product is all you get. I assumed it was a swivel bottom.. I was wrong. That being said, I put it on my waterline as soon as I received it (about 930am) bc that’s why I bought it. And at midnight last night it was still there. I do not wear makeup daily as as SAHM, but I loved the quality of the this liner/crayon. So for me it’ll last a bit. For daily wearers, not long at all.

Answer:	I've never seen the refills on here or the ELF website. But these are so cheap so you really don't need refills. Just an FYI- these are only 2 bucks on elf site.

Answer:	the color choices are: light, medium, deep (and this is medium).
Question:	Is it super creamy? I hate creamy or crumby/soft pencils
Answer:	It is a medium brown. For a richer, deeper brown, choose the 3.5. Also, you can try it on at Ulta, where samples are readily available. It is not auburn or blonde.
Question:	I usually get revlon brow fantasy pencil & gel by colorstay in dark blonde, is this the same color? i always run out of the pencil but barely use gel
Answer:	You can go on the benefit or ulta websites for pictures of the colors. I’m a dirty blonde and #3 works great for me. I think it would be too light for a true brunette. I don’t like my eyebrows to be dark and this is not dark on me. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The blonde is the only blonde I've been able to use because it is on the taupe side. There are no red undertones. I've found few brow products that do not have some red in them. This is one of the few.

Answer:	I have blonde hair and very light eyebrows. The blonde is just on the border of being too dark but a little brushing out and it's perfect. For me, a blonde, it's definitely on the brown side and makes my brows strong. I suppose it depends on whether you want your brows to be bold or subtle. Maybe one of both? Depending on your mood?

Answer:	They do not produce a child size however they can be adjusted to fit all types of face shapes and sizes because of the 3D design which can accommodate youth to adult faces.
