Answer:	I have dark brown hair and black brows, I got light brown and it’s pretty good for filling in. No reddish tint, but slightly warm. Please note it’s not waterproof or even smudge proof-if that doesn’t matter to you I suggest trying elf in neutral or dark brown. I always come back to neutral brown time and time again.

Answer:	I ordered a 2-pack (Item model number : SG_B00CD88M66_US), and the pencils were .0056 oz. (or 1.6 oz. each). They look to be full-size to me. Although I'm not in a position to measure the length of the pencil right now, it's roughly 6" long.
Question:	I purchased these brow pencil and only one have something in it. One work and the other doesn’t. Do I need to return both pencil back for a replace
Answer:	That’s a customer service issue re returning both. It’s easy for the lead to fall out of these pencils since they aren’t secured in place well. I have to turn the pencil to make sure the whole lead goes back inside and put the cap on securely every time I use them. I have wasted a couple of pencils this way. That’s the downside to this otherwise great product.
Question:	I had a universal color brow pencil once that was a mauve-ish brown color. Would you describe this pencil's color that way
Answer:	If I'm understanding you correctly, and you really mean mauve, as in having purple undertones, this item doesn't have it. It's more of a blend of brown, grey, perhaps a bit of ash, which they're calling a universal taupe. I've used it for years and it's still one of the best brow pencils around. There's no other one out there that comes close in providing some outstanding ingredients.

Question:	how long does the product itself last you? like how many uses can i get out of it and how long could i use one pencil if i use it every day
Answer:	I use mine daily and I have had it for 6 months and there is still more than half left. I would say you could get at least a year out of one of these pencils. They aren't super soft so it doesn't wear down quickly but it applies well and blends beautifully. Pro tip: before using the first time, scribble the pencil on a paper towel to remove the sometimes hard waxy coating. Buy one you won't be disappointed! The Browns are on the warm side so I chose grey brown and it works for any hair color I do.

Answer:	I think it would. I have light-black eyebrows and light-medium skin, and this is the first and only brow product that's not too harsh or too red on me. I don't have overly plucked brows, but I find that this pencil gives my brows a full and natural look. The color is very subtle and it doesn't even look like I'm wearing a brow product when I use it. I think it's worth a shot for $5.99!
