Step 1 - Preparing the Eyebrows

Very important: For best results, wash eyebrows with a mild soap and water, or use an oil free makeup remover. Let dry.

Step 2 - Preparing the Eyebrows

To protect the skin from accidental staining, apply a thin coat of petroleum jelly around the eyebrow. Be careful not to get any on the eyebrow, this could inhibit the coloring process.

Step 3 - Application

Apply solution #1 to the eyebrow. Let stand two minutes and wipe clean with a damp tissue or cotton ball. Gently blot with a tissue before processing to next step.

Step 4 - Application

Wipe applicator stick clean and apply solution #2 directly to the eyebrow. Let stand one minute.

Step 5 - Application

Wipe eyebrow clean with a damp tissue or cotton ball. Remove any color that may have gotten on the skin with a damp tissue.

Helpful hint: For slightly darker, longer-lasting results, reapply remaining mixture and repeat the process.

Answer:	The Tint Kit is a capsule formula mixed with developer (traditional hair color formula). The "new" formula is a silver nitrate plant based dye formula that is gentler to use on brows.

Answer:	To tint your brows, the directions tell you to put vaseline on the skin around your brows then it won't tint anything but your eyebrows. That way the only skin it will tint is the skin in the brows. The dye on the skin fades in a day.

Answer:	The capsules do not expire. The developer has a shelf life of 3 years and after 3 years can turn green and/or lose it strength. You will need to purchase any 10 volume creme developer at local beauty supply store to finish up the capsules.

Answer:	Yes, I use it for eyebrows. I'm not sure why it wouldn't be safe unless they say that for liability purposes. It's not runny so it shouldn't get in your eyes unless you just use too much.

Question:	Does the color lighten up ?used light brown and they are almost black I’m a darker blonde usually
Answer:	Nope. My hair is very gray so I also used the light brown and they cane out super dark. I have played with the timing and it makes no difference. Since my natural color is very dark brown and I still have some of that at the lower parts of my scalp, the very dark brows aren’t bad, but I had hoped for a lighter softer color too.

Answer:	If your eyebrows turn out too dark, you can use facial bleach (joleen cream bleach). apply it and wipe it off immediately. do several times until you're happy with the color. (I am blonde, and the first time I used light brown for suggested time, it turned mine black. I now only leave it on for 30 seconds to get a light-med brown)

Answer:	I'd suggest you use 2 colors, if your hair was brown then I'd suggest 1 med. brown and 1 black. I'm also older and have found in my reading that darker eyebrows help a woman look younger, but be sure to use short quick lite strokes, not a solid line. Also I've read that wider eyebrows also help a woman look younger. There are a number of videos about how to apply eyebrows on older women. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Brunette! I'm also soft brown in ABH wiz and I found ash brown and chocolate to be too light and too warm. The brunette shade matches closest!

Answer:	Taupe would be fine if you want a light color, as well as chocolate would be ok too as it is a light brown color that can be applied lightly. If you want a natural light color taupe would be fine. Also depends on your original eyebrow hair color.

Answer:	this is an eyelash and brow color and not a hair dye. it says it especially on the package, well in german, but anybody can translate it and knows for what the dye is.the headline for the product is wrong it is not hair dye !!
Question:	Can you use in lashes
Answer:	Yes it can be used on lashes as well as brows. It's important that you use the developer that is sold by the same company as it is a low 3%. Anything higher than that is not recommended. Avoid getting the dye in your eyes and make sure you clean it from the lashes completely. I recommend having a bottle of saline solution to flood the eye with after removing the tint with wet cotton balls. This will stain the skin so it's important to put vaseline on the skin around the lash area but don't get that on the lashes or the tint won't work. I usually put Vaseline underneath my eyes and then I take a cotton round, cut it in half, wet it and squeeze out all of the water and place up under my eyes. The Vaseline holds the cotton round in place as well as protecting the skin so that the tint doesn't get on the skin. I then use a clean disposable mascara wand to apply the tint on my lashes. You only need to mix a very small amount and only 2 drops of developer is needed. The first couple of times you might experience a slight tingling sensation but that usually goes away quickly. It is advisable to do your best not to get it in your eyes. If you have any further questions I am happy to answer them. I am a licensed aesthetician.

Answer:	Yes, but eyebrow pencil tends to rub off easily. So a combination of this pencil and wax will make them look natural! Just make sure to get a color that matches your hair and apply with light hand so that you can build it up and make them look as natural as possible.

Answer:	The pencil is on one end and the spoolie is on the other. They are clearly marked. On the end where it says 'pencil' you just take the lid off and twist it and it comes up. :)

Answer:	Hi! I'm in the same boat you are. In my case I plucked my brows to the point that by the time I realized what I was doing I had but a few hairs left. This is what I do: I use the Roux Eyebrow Tint ( you'll find it here on Amazon) and rather than prevent the Roux from getting on bare skin, I use the Roux to paint in a perfect eyebrow i.e. covering both skin and brow hairs. I let it dry overnight, being sure my nighttime moisturizer doesn't get on either the eyebrows or the Roux-dyed surfaces. The next morning I wash my face and hair. I then apply my daytime moisturizer and foundation again avoiding the eyebrow area. When I wash my face and hair in the shower some of the Roux that was on the skin came off. I next pick up this eyebrow pencil and use it to fill in any areas of the brow or the extended brow created by the Roux that need to be filled in--in other words the Roux "took" on the remaining eyebrow hairs but some of the surrounding skin where I painted in the perfect eyebrow shape did wash off in the shower. This process will give you movie star eyebrows but how long the pencil and/or Roux will last will depend upon whether your skin is dry or oily, whether you sweat, the nature of your shampoo and bathing schedules and the details of your day and night moisturizing and make-up routines. I have very very dry skin and the routine I describe above carries me through the whole week with only minimal morning touch-ups with the eyebrow pencil. Other brands of eyebrow pencil available here or elsewhere require complete eyebrow re-dos every morning. Hope this helps.

Answer:	My eyebrows have thinned to the point that I have no hairs until about midway over my eye, and even where there is hair it's pretty sparse. I use this product to draw the inside part of brow (near nose), where I have no hair, and blend it into where my hair starts, so I think you would be able to use it with a little practice. I kind of feel like a artist drawing them on sometimes, lol.
