I called Remington and they said this model was once made dual voltage but not any more. I told that to Amazon but apparently they have not updated their listing. So unless things have changed this model is not 220volt capable.

Answer:	I can confirm that I used this product in the UK. All I needed was a 110v to 220v plug adapter and it worked brilliantly overseas for the last 3 years without any issues. The cord for this flat iron is pretty short though, and that was my only issue.

For my just above shoulder length hair I use the 370 setting and my hair is done perfectly in under 10 minutes. my hair is really fine but there's quite a bit of it. I don't do anything fancy like beach waves, just simple smooth out, curl under the ends & bangs. I don't use the clips or glove but I assume that someone with longer hair would find those handy. Answer:	yes it is the original one. if your hair is not really curly then u can still use it but not on high this one gets really hot fast and doing so will break your hair.

Answer:	it is not dual voltage but I love mine. i have had it for a few years now and i find it works best when my hair is almost dry. When my hair is completely dry it works a lot faster.
