Answer:	I have the Titan one and it looks metallic, but is more of a charcoal then silver.

Answer:	When mine arrived it didn't work either. The water didn't get hot also. At the time I didn't have time to return it so I was out my money. I wouldn't recommend buying this to anyone.

Answer:	Hi Michael,Best I can tell, they're the same. In that family of products, each model comes in two versions: one where you manually control the flow of hot water, and one that allows you to "preset" the amount of water you want to use for your beverage. For me the extra money for this gadget is not worth it. You get used to the amount of hot water you need pretty quick. The only downside is you can't hit the button and run into the shower. But hey, we're talking about 30 seconds, if even.Back to you question: my understanding is that the manual Piccolo is called Piccolo Plus, and the automatic one is called Piccolo Genius. One sure way to tell them apart: you should pay around 50$ for the Piccolo Plus, and the Genius sells for approx 130$...

Answer:	Of course it will! Make sure you use it hot enough and don’t tug on your hair until it’s completely cooled. To keep the curl in straight hair, you HAVE to use product! Texture spray, hairspray, etc.
Question:	Tips and tricks you've learned while using this
Answer:	For deep tighter waves section your hair into smaller sections, bigger sections of hair for loose light waves. You can also use more or less pressure when you clamp the tool on your hair, for example, I use less pressure and less time when closer to my roots so they don’t get that weird straight line at the top of my head and then as I move down I use more pressure and hold it a few seconds longer. Use a light coat of texture spray before and after and comb through your hair with your fingers to separate the waves and it won’t be frizzy. Use a volumizing power in your roots after so that it doesn't look flat compared to the rest of your hair. I also pull the tool up and away from my scalp when I am at the roots so it gives it a bit of volume.

Answer:	Yes, thank you for asking. It has an expiration date on the bottom of the container. Shelf life is three years from date of manufacture. It does not go "bad", it just starts losing some of the nutritive value the older it gets. Keep it stored in a room temperature place with the lid tightened for best results.

Answer:	The container has both an inner seal and the outer lid. I am guessing that there is a distance expiration date as would be required for all foodstuffs. However, my fish (we have 11 koi) eat the food at a rate that causes the issue of expiration dates to be unimportant. It would be important to keep the food cool and dry.
