Answer:	I dry my hair and then put moose in my hair. Let that dry and then I set my hair. Then I tie a large silky scarf around my head. Had no trouble sleeping and came out so curly and cute. Answer:	My hair is crazy thick and naturally very wavy and frizzy in the humidity. I swear by these hot rollers and have used them since middle school (I’m 30). They work best if you blow out your hair with a round brush then immediately use the hot rollers with a spray gel (herbal essence spray gel, teal bottle). 5-6 rollers straight back - I do the first by my face with a thick roller and the bottom piece at base of my neck with the thick one) then 3 on each side of my head. Thick one by the face and then 2 of the smaller ones behind it. Keep in for 10 min for looser curls, 20-30 for longer stay. Take out, toss your head over and run fingers through the scalp part to loosen at the base, and then add gloss! My curls last 5-6 days cause I have very dry hair (unless it’s the dead of summer then typically 4 days cause humidity - my nemesis ). Enjoy!!!!

Answer:	I use just regular hair spray on the end of each section when rolling with hot rollers. I spray, run a comb through the hair and roll. It helps to hold the hair on the roller to get started AND HELPS THE CURL TO stay in the hair. ( works like a hair styling gel. Anyone remember DippityDoo?) I have been doing this for 40+ years. Your comb will collect dried hair spay and need to be washed often. Liquid soap or shampoo and a soak in a basin of warm water will help to release it. An OLD TOOTH brush does a complete job of cleaning The comb.

Answer:	Has anyone seen a STEAM hot roller system, which uses hard, thick plastic rollers on a vented platform above bath of boiling water? The steam from the boiling water rises to the rollers which one then rolls into one's hair and secures firmly with a clip. By the time the last roller is secured the first one is almost ready to be taken off. The rollers have special ends so they can be handled even with the steamy hot,or one can use gloves. The steam energy is released into the hair as it curls and the set lasts a very very long time. I had one many years ago and it took me less than 15minures to tame my very coarse, thick, curly hair into smooth manageability. Answer:	I love these this is my 2 nd set as they only come with 10 and I needed 12 (of course!) They originally came with my curler set and through time and my own negligence went missing. I went to every store but couldn't replace them. Finally, Amazon. I'm quite sure these will hold 2 inch rollers. Mine seem to be about 3/4 inch and one inch. This is so much better for me than stabbing myself with the other metal clips that are usually provided. I find these hold very very well. Occasionally the roller on top right behind the bangs needs adjusting as there's not as much hair to hold into. I have shoulder length hair but shorter in front and on top mostly. (Layered). I did just open them to see if they could secure 2 inches and they do open wide enough so I think they would. It claims all sizes. An orange juice can may be too wide but I think they will work fine with your rollers. I have fine hair but a lot of fine hair. I can't imagine how it is that they don't work for some people. If you feel they are too lose then reroll catching more of the hair closer to the scalp. I'm not talking about the hair already in the roller but the hair not in the roller that is closest to the scalp. I'm sure you will do fine. I wouldn't be afraid to order them as the convenience is magnificent. I don't think I would go jogging but they are more than sufficient while putting on my make up and getting dressed. Good luck. Answer:	No this does NOT have an automatic shut off. I keep a timer in the bathroom. It is 6 minutes for the rollers to heat up, 5 minutes to set hair. I leave the rollers plugged in while I set my hair. Then unplug. I leave the rollers in my hair for 20 minutes. The set lasts all day.

Roll the rollers in your hair with the technique and direction according to the style you are trying to achieve. Use the on-base application for classic curls-hold ends of hair straight up from section and roll down. Use the off-base application for looser styles and waves-holding ends of hair downward so that the section is below the bottom parting of the base and roll in. Use the over-direct application for max volume-hold ends of hair forward and away from the parted section and roll the roller in so that it sits on the upper portion of the base.
