Answer:	Product Dimensions of steam unit: 6 x 12 x 6 inches. Rollers are bulky, but came with storage bag. Works great. Hair holds curl better than with plain electric rollers.

Answer:	I don't use distilled water. So far I haven't had any issues but I clean it with a solution of vinegar and water and let it run for a while then I run clean water through it. I would think you could use distilled water, probably better for the machine.

Answer:	I don't have it in front of me-but there are approximately 10 large curlers, 6 medium, and 6 or so small ones...

Answer:	Yes. My hair is really fine, too. It curls it like crazy and it's still curled the next morning. Just don't take out the curlers until they cool down.
Question:	What is the diameter measurement of these four sizes in inches? I'm trying to get as many 1.25" as possible in a set
Answer:	You have to have the right pins. The pins that come with the set do not stay in no matter what type of hair you have ! I suggest to you and other to buy the metal hair pins. They hold no matter where you place the roller. Take bigger sections of thin hair for it to stay put.

Answer:	i have no idea what the Hot Clips rollers are. They are your basic claw clip and fit around a good sized curler. I have yet to have a successful 'do' with the rollers and clips. I found these rollers under my sink- talk about Christmas in July!- apparently i have held onto them since the early 90's yet have no clips. So, I have a new coworker who has super adorbs Farrah Fawcett rolls, bouncy and blond and so healthy. She uses the rollers and I am slowly talking myself into using them as well. I have to talk myself up to try them because, lets be real, it could go one of 2 ways. I'd be a total monster or a total cougar...either way, a burden on society. So, I proceed with caution down this slippery slope of hot roller hair styles. Best-

Answer:	One trick is to twist the hair into a small rope, then roll that, instead of rolling flat. It gave curls to girls who had never been able to get them before.
Question:	Is there an automatic shut-off? Will it shut off automatically when it runs out of water
Answer:	No, not on the one I have. It doesn't have an on/off switch, so you have to unplug it. I'm quite sure that it will NOT shut off when it runs out of water, so it is important to keep an eye on it. I always empty mine out when I am finished so it is not sitting in water when not in use. I have never really run out of water during a session. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I have four sizes- the first three listed below are included in the set. The actual foam diameters are:The large/jumbo is 1.5",Medium is 1"Small is .75"Petite is .5"As everyone else notes, if you wind tighter, the foam compresses and yields a tighter curl.
Question:	Can I buy just the foam inserts. The plastic rollers are still in great shape after 5 plus years of daily use
Answer:	I also just buy cheap foam rollers from any drugstore and replace the foam. I've done this for years, and it works perfectly!
