Answer:	I am not sure. I just went and looked all over it and couldn't find a tag or label on it. I through away the packaging after I unwrapped it last spring. The company it comes from is in Canada, but I'm not sure if the cover was made there or not. It is great quality and we are very happy with it.

Answer:	The cover is a rectangular shape with no rounded corners so I don't see why it would not fit a table with square corners.
