I also purchased from Amazon, the Vollrath S5220, 16 gauge, closed rim, 1/4 sheet. What a terrific small sheet pan. This definitely could go in the dishwasher, but you would never have to. Put it under the faucet and the food slides off with a drop of soap. It's the perfect size too. |
