Answer:	Hello Bobbi, Here are the cleaning instructions: Wash the brush in lukewarm water mixed with a touch of shampoo. Dip only the bristles in the water and move the brush back and forth. Take care that the wooden brush body does not get too wet. Rinse the brush in clear water and allow to dry at room temperature with bristles pointing downward. Proper care will prolong the life of your natural brush.
Question:	Is this brush all boar bristle and no nylon
Answer:	It is fairly stiff but it really depends on how much hair you have / how thick it is. I have medium thick fine hair and I find they aren't stiff enough to properly get into my hair and touch the scalp. Then again, our definitions of stiff might be different! If I put the brush against my hand and press down, I can bend the bristles; that might be a more helpful measure?

Answer:	The package was addressed from China - specifically, Shenzhen Guangdong and took about a month to arrive. It is an absolutely beautiful comb. It combs through tangles easily and doesn't add any static electricity to my hair. Planning to order some as stocking stuffers in the Fall. Well worth the wait!

Answer:	The pin bristles- I don't know. Sorry. The brush has worked great for my daughter. It is not the "best". I am sure something else could work too. But, I like the size and itbworks better than the other ones I have tried. If the bristles are wood, it has a soft feel to it almost like a really soft pine but I really would be surprised if they are wood. Almost a composite of somesort resulting in a firm foam .....sorry if this is not helpful.

Question:	My dad is looking for a brush like this. He is 80 and has a sensitive scalp. Is this brush soft in the scalp
Answer:	In my opinion, no, I found it rather pokey. Just like you would imagine tiny unsanded wooden balls being drug across the scalp. Maybe if the "bristles" were oiled, or with time it may soften up, but I didn't like the way it felt (or smelled - plastic-y) so I returned it. I hope you find what dad's looking for.
