The original type contained an inner soft bottle that kind of compressed as you used it meaning that you could get continuous spray even if it was upside down because there would be no air in it. The second type of bottle is a hard plastic bottle they're thick they aren't going to break easily but I had one of those and I dropped it it has a crack it's still usable but there is a crack on the outside. The third type of bottle which is this one it's a soft plastic bottle fairly flexible I know that I've dropped mine several times without having a crack or anything else.

Question:	I twist my natural hair, can I use this product for that and if so how long will it last? I use a product now and it last for approximately two weeks
Answer:	Every 3 months or so, I get a Keratin smoother (McVoil -- no toxic ingredients!) that loosens the tightness of my hair. Think of it as taking my hair from a 4A to a 3C hair type. To keep it up, I use about a tablespoon or MacVoil conditioner plus Carols daughter Mimosa. This lasts me about 3-4 days. I then wet it, apply the MacVoil plus Carol's daughter and I'm good to go for another 3-4 days. I have never had a product last me for two whole weeks.
Question:	Does this build up on hair since it contains beeswax? i'm following the curly girl method. thanks
Answer:	As you know, each hair type is different. I don't find it to build up on my hair. I find it leaves it very soft to the touch, I use it with Design Essentials hair lotion, the combinations is great.

Answer:	Yes. It should work great. My wife is mixed black/Mexican and her hair is super curly and thick and it works for her. It's flexible but sturdy as the handle and body are silicone. My wife loves it and the hair is easy to remove. She compared it to like taking a bunch of soft combs across your head. There's a support piece that comes with it that goes on the little comb heads and it keeps the brush from flexing too much so you could leave that off if it still pulls too much.
Question:	How do I clean 🧽 the brush
Answer:	I don’t know if there is one specific way to clean a brush but what I would do is remove loose hair strands from brush. Then I would soak the brush in warm water and dish soap since that soap tends to be a bit more mild than other soaps. If you are trying to remove residue. Then may use some sort of tool with brush bristles to get into the small spaces. I would probably let it soak for about 10-15 minutes, scrub and rinse. Then lay flat on a towel and air dry. Answer:	I think the product you are talking about is the one with spout. A cap has to be taken off and tip cut with razor or scissors. Then put small cap on. Or it will easily spill. I didn't use that one as much cause I got shampoo used all the time, the conditioner put on when in shower, then rinsed out when done we its shower. The 2 heavy creams put on occassionalky. My hair is fine, do some left me feeling too weighed down and without body. Heavy creams allowed me to style with just comb as I didn't have dryer at the time. I Aldo say my doctor about 6 weeks after starting this treatment. Told I was biotin. Deficient. So between the black castor products &biotin, got my hair grown back in. Lost it after surgeries, stress from health situation and doctor said stress. Good luck.

Answer:	Hello- Yes it works on ANY course damaged hair. I am white and I love this stuff. If you hair is fine or thin, just adjust how much you apply the conditioner. I have fairly thick hair and I just put some product on my finger tips and rub in my palms then run through my hair roots to tips. You can always add a little more if needed. Always apply to wet hair with damp hands. This stuff is great. Will not leave hair weighed down or greasy. It make your hair soft and lets your curls come out. It has really helped my dry damaged hair. I get lots of compliments now on my hair.

Answer:	For me yes...but my hair did not glide effortlessly the first time through (like the videos I’ve seen). I had to work from the ends and up and then it was a smooth glide. Answer:	Hey Kevin,The size of our hydration belt's pouch is 6.7 inches wide and 3.5 inches tall, so this would technically fit an iPhone 6-which should have a dimension of 5.44 x 2.64 inches. However, it helps to note that it could be a snug fit and might not get in through the zippered opening if one has a bulky casing for example. Additionally, be mindful that there could be a chance that keys or gels would be hard to fit in or that it won't get through the zippered opening especially if you have a very bulky protective case. (As for the iPhone 6 Plus, it is 6.22 x 3.06 inches--it would still fit but we don't recommend it as it might not get in through the zippered opening). Answer:	Hey Martin!It is important to find the good balance for us between security and comfort; on the one hand, the bottles have to be held in tightly to keep it from bouncing, but on the other hand, they have to be easy to take out to quickly access it while running or walking. Now, taking out the bottles is very easy, but, putting it back in might require some getting used to. However, here's a helpful tip to make the bottle slide in smoother and easier: when putting it back in, simply keep one finger between the bottle and the bottle holder. Question:	Is there a secret to opening the bottle pump? I was able to open the conditioner bottle but not the shampoo-tried hot water, tapping, even pliers
Answer:	You have to Remove, or Detach and lift, the pump tube Away from the bottle, wipe off the upper part of the gooey plastic pump body, grasp or gently use pliers to LOOSELY hold the tube (to stop it from spinning), and then while holding... rotate the pump nozzle counterclockwise until it releases and pops up. Then reassemble the pump onto the bottle. It could be easier, but it is what it is.

Answer:	I don't think dyed has anything to do with the performance. I find that my hair is actually growing however, I don't have dyed hair.
Question:	What are the benefits of using the shampoo with the conditioner? as opposed to using another brand of conditioner
Answer:	I purchased less expensive conditioners to find out, and I haven't found its equal. This is the best conditioner (and shampoo, for that matter) that I've ever used. Not only does it make my hair look beautiful- shiny, smooth, glossy while doing away with my ever widening part- it smells beautiful. I wish I could find a shampoo and conditioner that costs less, but, so far, this is the absolute best of its kind.

Answer:	Definitely more volume. Hair no longer feels thin as it does with your typical shampoo/conditioner. It does help a bit with growth, it does have BIOTIN after all. Seeing as I have a bit less hair as I age, I feel I can't do without, though a bit of luxury as it is pricey.
