Answer:	Thats an entirely personal thing. These have a lot of very fast absorbing carbs in them and most sytems will struggle to handle them. Try taking half a gel at a time with a 15min to 20min delay in between halves.

Answer:	I believe this brush is really good for thick hair. My natural hair gets very tangled and its` easy for me to brush it when its` wet. I don't brush too hard but it gets the job done. My normal hair is short and I have weave in right now. It works pretty well for both length. That's my opinion though. I hope this helped.

How to brush your body?

Starting at the feet, brush the bottoms of feet and up to legs in long, smooth strokes. Typically brush each section of skin 10 times. For lymph flow, you can brush toward the heart/chest area where the lymph system drains.

Repeat the same process with the arms, starting with the palms of the hands and brushing up the arm toward the heart. Again, brush each section of skin 10 times.

On the stomach and armpits, brush in a circular clockwise motion.

Repeat the process on the abdomen and back.

Question:	Is the brush cleaner made of pretty tough plastic? My hair is super thick
Answer:	As far as I can tell, yes the tips are molded into the pins. I don't see how very very fine hair would get caught in the pins, but hair gets caught in the boar bristles as is the case with any brush.
Question:	Will this prevent static electricity in your hair. I heard plastic dosnt do well...and now its coming close to winter my hair is all up in static
