Answer:	The growth rate is not going to change and to be fair, that's NOT what this product claims... It's supposed to help with brand new growth filling in thicker and Fuller not longer faster. Answer:	I haven't noticed that it grows the length that much faster, which I don't want anyway. Too many hair cuts. :) But it has stopped the hair loss and sure helps grow in the hair that I have lost. Answer:	It is fairly stiff but it really depends on how much hair you have / how thick it is. I have medium thick fine hair and I find they aren't stiff enough to properly get into my hair and touch the scalp. Then again, our definitions of stiff might be different! If I put the brush against my hand and press down, I can bend the bristles; that might be a more helpful measure?
