Answer:	I use Neutragena makeup remover wipes. Works well and doesn’t hurt sensitive skin.

Answer:	I had the same issue and saw no expiration date either. I'm not impressed with this mascara.

Answer:	I have used this mascara for years because the brush is curved rather than straight. It makes for an easier application. There is black and brown-black, so regardless of what they call the color, choose black or brown-black depending on your coloring. I have used both colors and there is actually very little difference in the look.

Answer:	Well I used to use Goldwell StyleSign Ultra Volume...but the effect don’t last as this one. Even if it doesn’t have shine you can always use some extra oil to shine it up. I used the rosemary oil essential for hail fall and it leaves it shiny.

Answer:	The styling creme is lighter and a bit shinier. The forming creme ( also with a green lid) has a bit of a firmer texture and hold. It has some shine to it as well. I use both products (separately), depending on how I choose to style my hair that day.

Answer:	I think it does wash out well. I use it wet, blow dry my hair with it in, then shape and add just a little bit more for hold and when I wash it the next time it comes right out and doesn't leave a film on the shower floor.

Answer:	If you are trying to get to as close to a matte finish as possible, I would use it on blow-dried hair (if you're trying to get some volume) or towel-dried hair. A HELPFUL TIP: I use Reuzel Spray Grooming Tonic in conjunction with whatever clay or pomade I am using. Spray/apply some of the grooming tonic to wet or towel-dried hair, and then blowdry your hair using a brush or your fingers to achieve the style you are going for (use cold air towards to lock-in the newly manipulated hairstyle). The pomade or styling clay should be used to finish things off and get the final hold. You should only have to use a dime-sized amount because the grooming tonic already gives the hair a little bit of hold. The less product you use, the more of a matte finish you will have.

Question:	Is this water soluble? Does it wash out easy
Answer:	I deliver pkgs for Amazon and do 10hr shifts. It holds all day. It's a great product. The only issue is on hot days my sweat drags some down to my eyes and it stings a bit. My forehead doesn't get sticky, though. Quick fix is to wipe my forehead with a rag every couple of hours. Other than that, I love this product.

Answer:	It doesn't seem bad for hair, I've used it for about a year. However it does seem to take the oils out of your hair when you rinse it out so I would suggest using conditioner every time you use it
