My tips: Gently towel dry as best you can, comb backward/upward GENTLY and wrap hair is towel for a few...allow to air dry and comb through GENTLY in upwards directions or yes it will get stiff. If you brush it will look natural but you will have to play with the amount.

Answer:	Yes, absolutely! I have used their scalp treatment shampoo for years, and the difference is so drastic I thought I had been sent a diluted product. I have to use at least twice as much shampoo to work it through my hair, and it seems to leave a residue that makes my hair feel less clean. Answer:	I assume you are asking in regard to the backup software that usually comes on such a disk. They answer is "Yes" by just using the windows explorer to move and copy files. I don't care for the usual backup software, so the first thing I do it move all the files in the root directory to another one that I create just to save it. Then I'm not bothered by their backup software when I plug in the drive. Other programs can save files to the disk too. Your computer should find any drivers if needed.
